My HVAC system which I purchased less than two years ago had the wires burn up and about burned my house down. He had to come out several different times after the initial installation because of poor work. He also had an electrician come out and wire it up because he could not. I tried calling, texting, and emailing him on January 16th, 2024, and finally got a hold of him using a different number on January 29th, 2024 after attempting to contact him about warranty information. He said to call **** and that he was not going to look at it. I just want my HVAC to work and to have someone come out and check it out under warranty.Business Response

We are sorry to hear about the continued issues you are experiencing with electrical surges at your property.During the installation of your **** system, we informed you that your existing 100-amp electrical service could potentially cause problems with the **** equipment. To ensure the installation was completed correctly, we brought in a licensed electrician, verified that all wiring met code requirements, and provided a portable air conditioner to maintain your comfort during the process. The installation was delayed because my employees refused to return after being exposed to indecent and highly inappropriate behavior at the residence, specifically your wife walking around in extremely revealing attire, including lingerie.Following installation, your **** system was operating properly. The only concern related to the original 100-amp breaker, which we warned could be susceptible to issues, especially with power surges.Approximately two months later, you contacted us again, making further complaints. In good faith, we arranged for a district warranty manager from ******** to inspect the system alongside us. Upon inspection, we found that the **** system remained in good working condition; however, your 240V, 100-amp breaker in your house was severely damaged and needed replacement. Once that was corrected, the system continued to function for over a year without incident. You later claimed another electrician had identified an issue with our installation. This claim was debunked during the district managers inspection, which confirmed that the **** installation was properly completed. Whoever else you had messing with the system, was unqualified and we know this because they left the liquid-tight conduit off and therefore caused the burn on your wall.We strongly advise you to have the electrical conduit properly repaired and installed to prevent future risks associated with power surges.Given the repeated threats and hostile communications we received throughout this process, we respectfully decline to continue any business relationship moving forward. We are under no obligation to provide service under these circumstances. We sincerely wish you the best in resolving your ongoing electrical issues.Thank you,At Your Service 417Customer Answer

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:This is in response to the comment made by the owner of the business to my previous post. At no time did I threaten him or use vulgar language. The only thing wrong in my electric in the house was I had a bad fuse (which I replaced and then it worked correctly when it got cold and I had to use the heat). The issue was that when the **** was first installed, it leaked and then had to wait an additional three weeks for him to correct it (no test for leaks on install or to see if the system is working properly?). I did threaten to go the legal route if it was not fixed because it should have been installed correctly and after asking him for weeks to come and repair it. You also had to have an electrician come out and install the unit because the owner could not and blames it on my wiring which has never been a problem with anything before. The wiring burned up and almost burned my house down because the connection between my house wire and the **** wiring was not up to code and the connection was not put in a box per code. It is frustrating when you have such a large investment and the person constantly blames your wiring (which is not the problem but a fuse that blew which happens). After calling for the last three weeks and getting no response to call, email, and texts, I had to use a different phone to call him to get warranty work done and to get my information. I asked for the electricians name and number along with the supervisor that came out to my house to talk to them only to be told he doesn't have their information and to call my warranty company or **** directly (I did get the electricians name and where he might be working at).
The owner also threatened to sue me for slander after my post and sending my compliant to the BBB. His work, which is not up to code after I had to hire an electrician, nearly burnt my house down (see attached photos). Also my wife was not wearing lingerie, she was wearing a sports bra and shorts because it was so hot in the house and she just got back from the hospital after having surgery. It was the middle of summer. My breaker never had power surges, I just replaced a bad breaker after the wiring nearly burned my house down.
"You later claimed another electrician had identified an issue with our installation. This claim was debunked during the district managers inspection, which confirmed that the **** installation was properly completed. Whoever else you had messing with the system, was unqualified and we know this because they left the liquid-tight conduit off and therefore caused the burn on your wall."
In response to the above claim, I hired an electrician after the district manager's inspection and found out it was a bad breaker. ********* review was way after the district manager came to my residence."We strongly advise you to have the electrical conduit properly repaired and installed to prevent future risks associated with power surges."
He used the existing conduit that was with the original unit when he installed the system the first time and had to hire an electrician several weeks after his initial install leaked, came back out two weeks later to fix it, and then had electrical issues and he had to hire an electrician which did pretty much a patch job and was not up to code.
After having an electrician that I hired to hook it up to code correctly, it has worked flawlessly with no issues at all.
I asked for warranty information and any and all names of all the people involved, his helpers (who took my old AC unit without permission to recycle), electrician he hired, and the district managers names and contact information.
None was given and I received multiple threats and messages because of my bad review and reporting him to the BBB.
Sincerely,

This is my ****** Review that was over a year ago.
This what I came home to after work on January 16th 2024. I tried calling, emailing, and sending text messages with photos. It is now January 29th and I had to use another number to call him for warranty work to have someone look at it. After asking for the electricians number that installed it (because he couldnt) and for his manager/supervisor, he said to call **** to get it fixed or another electrician. He has to come back and put refrigerant in it a day after it was installed because of a bad connection during installation, he said I was a bad customer and he wasnt going to work with me. He said I cursed him out and threaten to sue if it didnt work. Its been a problem from day one and he blames it on my house wiring. Please be cautious. Not a great experience when spending several thousand dollars on a system that was not put in properly. He could have at least responded to my calls, emails, and texts instead of avoiding the situation.
