    I paid a service fee for their service - $79.00. He was supposed to come out 3 weeks ago and never showed up. He took my service fee and I have never seen him again. He was supposed to do the work. He took the money and ran.

    On January 29, 2025, I personally visited the customer's property and spent over an hour onsite, including time spent on ladders, inspecting the system. My inspection included checking the filters, return air, and other critical components in an effort to identify any issues and determine a potential solution. The $79 charge was a standard service (trip) fee, which covers the cost of travel and initial diagnostic time. No additional charges were billed for labor or time spent during the visit.During that visit, I explained that I would need to return in approximately two weeks to perform the necessary follow-up work. However, I did not receive any further communication from the customer after that appointment to confirm or schedule the return ******** no time was the customer refused ************************* summary:I made a good faith effort to diagnose the issue.I spent significant time on site during the service call.I only charged a standard trip fee and did not bill for labor.I was waiting on the customer to follow up to schedule the return visit, which did not occur.We remain committed to providing quality service and encourage the customer to contact us directly if they wish to resume the resolution process.Thank you,At Your Service 417
