    I purchased a machine on 2/23 that never worked. They put off my repair, and then put off swapping it out, so I went up there. They then said I was trespassing, and "voided" my warranty for my "attitude". I just want them to honor the warranty. The police were called, and they said they've had to deal with them screwing people over quite often. I just wanted a working washer or a refund. I'm STILL in my warranty period.

    We purchased a used, refurbished washing machine for $350 July 22, 2022. Within 90 days it stopped working. Upon examination, it burned a hole in our floor. Rikers sent a repair tech who installed a new part. Within one week, the tub had fallen again and damaged our floor more. We asked for a refund, but were told we were outside of the warranty and the best they could do was $50 off a replacement machine. This was November 12 2022 and this machine is now not working. They offered a refund minus 20%. We would like to be refunded the costs of both machines, minus the agreed upon 20%. We seek $600 so we may purchase a working machine elsewhere

    I purchased a refrigerator from this company a week ago, they caused damage to my home when they delivered it, and after they left the refrigerator does not work. I was told they would send out a repairman to fix it, but now they are just wanting to pick it up and give me a refund, but they are trying to keep 20%. I never asked for a refund, I asked for a repair or replacement.
