      I notified you last week that the platter I ordered arrived broken. I also notified papal. I have not heard back from you on this $100. Plus purchase. I do not advise utilizing this company.

      Misleading, dishonest, lack of integrity, I contacted them several times by phone and email before shipment and ordering to make sure they had a good understanding of the products I was interested in purchasing. I paid for brand new products and had them check to make sure that is what I would be receiving in their warehouse. I received chipped lid and what appears to be fraudulent remake of a well known brand. The enameled products coloring is spotted and the edges are rough of the ****** product. Buyer beware. This company needs a few lessons in integrity, responsibility and overall goodness to others time and funds.
