    I had a CPAP from AdaptHealth for a few months. I returned all my **** equipment in April. They continued to send me bills afterward. The first was for $58.05, which I paid on June 12, 2024, and was told this cleared my account. Then I was billed for another $9.89. I protested, but could get NO answers, so I paid it on October 23, 2024, and was told THIS TIME it cleared my *********** they are trying to get another $25.80 out of me. At first they would give me NO details. After demanding an invoice 3 times I received one. It appears that the payments I made in June and October were never credited, and in fact, it looks to me like they owe ME money. I believe they will never stop sending me bills unless I get some help.

    AdaptHealth will call after hours regarding bills with no possiblity to talk to a person. I have called AdaptHealth a number of times and stay in aoutmated hold for long periods of time before they drop the call, again, cannot reach a person. I paid a bill connected to my knee and then learned that it had been covered by my insurance company. Isent thema message to let them know of the double payment. Since I had mistakenly paid it, they considered it closed and will not communciate with me. I am still waiting for them to repay me. I have tried to reach AdaptHealth though their website, their phone, and a number of other means but have been completely ignored. Their business has zero customer and patient service.

    My daddy has end stage copd, emphysema and is going through pet scans and biopsies. He has to have oxygen 24/7. Adapt health was supposed to be bringing full oxygen tanks to exchange, said they could bring an adapter for us to fill his tanks, but hasnt done anything they said they would. We were taking his oxygen tanks there to get them refilled and last month they said they had to have a new doctor order for oxygen. I jumped through all their hoops, got ahold of doctors, pulmonologist, case managers, setup new appointments and went in to verify their fax number before my surgery so I could get a paper copy of the oxygen order. They told me then that they received the doctors order for oxygen. I didnt need to worry. Daddy had to have a biopsy 7/15 and the pulmonologist told me to cancel the appointment with him 7/16 and get next available one. He wasnt sure if daddy would get to go home or need transfer to icu. I did that but next available was 9/17. I also had them put us on cancellation list for me to get him in sooner if anyone cancels. Today adapt health is saying they will not fill oxygen that daddy needs to live cause they have not gotten paid from moHealthnet. I called mo health *********** says that adapt health needs to do prior authorization and they will be paid. ******************* is the manager at adapt health and she is refusing to give the life saving oxygen needed for daddy to survive. They need more training and shut down
