    Home Medical Express is a predatory and unethical company that has repeatedly charged me for the same product I've already paid for. Despite multiple requests, they failed to provide a clear billing statementwhat they send is deliberately confusing and impossible to decipher. Instead of returning my calls to clarify the charges, they sent my account to a ruthless debt collector. Their products are grossly overpriced, and their customer service is non-existent. This isn't just my experiencelook at the many similar complaints online. This company is opportunistic and dishonest. Avoid them at all costs.

    If I could give 1 star I would. Waited and waited for an O2 portable concentrator. Took a long time ( months ) To get it. I had told them I needed a wall charger, never sent 4 calls asking for wall charger in two years needed it before July 9 this year. Sent me only half of it without the wall plug part. Called two or so weeks ago. Told them I needed it before July 31. Said it would be only two to three days. Nothing has come . called again. They said they would have to reorder and would not be here until afternoon of Aug 2, when I needed it and will be away.Customer service is also extremely rude. If I could give 0 stars I would.
