    June 30th I hired two men and a truck to move me less than a mile from a home to a two bedroom pation home. At 930 three guys showed up they worked until 130 and then told me that they had to get to their next move even though they were not even half way done moving my stuff I had to go to work and then they dropped off stuff at my new home in the garage told my boyfriend they would be back in the morning saturday morning july 1st to finish up bringing the rest of my stuff my refrigerator was there still and my washing machine hoses that needed to be hooked up. Saturday am came no truck no guys I called and A lead named levi got two guys to go get my frig and my hoses and a couple of more things from my house they did hook up my frig and my washing machine my dresser mirror was still not attached in my bedroom and my kitchen table was still disassembled and my loveseat was still not put back together they took it apart to move it since then I've spent $750 out of my own pocket to get my stuff all out of the house I was supposed to be out of by june 30th the original move date. They also broke the glass in one of my cabinets, damaged the corner of my washing machine and lost the little black pieces under the glass of my wicker outdoor table and a piece of my wicker is out of my table. I feel I'm owed my deposit back that I paid the job was never completed the $750 I was out of pocket to finish the move and the extra 9 days of prorated rent I now owe my former landlord of $362.90 . so total I want the $1458 this move cost me and I want my loveseat put back together my glass replaced and compensated for the wicker table and washing machine damage. I can provide receipts from all of the people I paid and pictures of what was damaged. ALso my boyfriend and I are both on disability and can't move anything ourselves. They knew that going into doing this move.

    Hello BBB,

    Ms. *********** has not paid her bill for services requested and rendered. We do require payment before addressing any concerns so as not to put a customer in a theft of services situation. At this point all requests are null and void until she pays for using our services (truck, manpower, etc...). She has signed our digital sales order authorizing us to start the move and we have signatures indicating the acceptance of the move completion at the end of the move day. We help customers and are as sensitive to needs as anyone, but theft of services is unethical and not acceptable.

    I am rejecting this response because: the deposit was paid so they have received money the job was never completed so that does not constitute payment of services I had to pay two other people to complete the job. I’m the one who’s been left without my loveseat fixed my glass broken and my washer piece missing and out additional money due to the uncomplete status of this job !!!

    I reached out to pat operations manager weeks ago he argued with me and didn’t resolve a thing that’s why I reached out to you in regards to solving this ongoing manner. I am disabled and have been taken advantage of I want my money refunded I’ve spent out and my items fixed and compensated for the items that were torn up as well such as the corner off my washing machine my missing pieces for my wicker dinner table and the huge nick off the wicker table my loveseat put back together the glass replaced in my cabinet they broke
