  Do not and I mean do not hire this company!!!! They are charging me $1141.50 to move a queen size bed with an adjustable frame, 2 bedroom dressers, a washing machine, treadmill, about 50 boxes and 3 large tv's. There was no furniture to move. This was all on one level, no stairs, or tight area's. Unloading at the new house only consisted of bringing in the bed, dressers and a few of the TV's. Everything else went into the garage. It took 3 guys 4+ hours for this scam of a move!!!Additionally, they told me I would need to rent a -haul because they did not have a truck available, and then they showed up with a truck! I was furious as I was out an additional $108.74 for the U-Haul rental. Furthermore they did not assemble the bed frame correctly and now it does not work. I have tried multiple times to contact them regarding their fee and the broken frame and I never get a call back. The initial contact person I was working with is no longer at the company, so they are handing me over to people who still do not return calls. In comparison, I hired a different moving company to move a three bedroom house with a basement and it took 2 guys 3 hours to move from start to finish.I am elderly and on a limited income and Two Men And A Truck took advantage of that and are ripping me off.I have filed a lengthy complaint with the *************************'s office for help resolving this matter

It is busy season and the operations manager that was given ******** request has just been out in the field almost every day from early in the morning till late at night so he didn't see the email request to call her.   Way over charged. Got charged a total of $704 for only a two hour job when all my stuff was packed up and everything disassembled just ready to be moved which was 2 bedroom sets, a washer and dryer, crib,refrigerator, and a storage shelf. I had no boxes to be moved. Gave them a deposit of $250 which basically amounted to nothing as they didnt deduct it from the final charged amount of the hours worked to move me instead the $250 was deducted from an estimated time they had thought it would take them to move me which they thought it would be 3.5-4.5 hours They say its only $180 per hour which I have in the quote and for the two hours of work wouldve been $360 and with a $99 travel fee coming out to a total off $459 and had they deducted the $250 deposit that I already paid them and I just paid the difference that remand I wouldve understood completely but they did not do that. I called and told them all of this and that I was way overcharged and that my deposit of $250 wasnt even deducted from the worked hours and the lady that I spoke to let me know that they actually gave me a big discount and saved me money ( which they did not) and that they did in fact deduct the $250 from the estimated time they thought it would take them to work which is wrong as they should deduct that amount from the actual time the guys worked. She went on saying that it was that amount because of a third guy (which I did not ask for and did not know that I would be having an extra guy until they showed up and that apparently you get charged more for having more people) plus travel time. If they advertise and quote you for $180 per hour then thats what I should have been charged rather I had an extra person or not which again I did not ask for and did not get called or inform that I would be having a third guy and be charged more for him. For the guys time worked of 2 hours and travel being $99 it would have been $459 and $250(my deposit) should have been deducted from that.

  Hello BBB, thank you for notifying us of ******** concerns. We have spoken with ****** twice and followed up with an additional email explaining the breakdown of costs for her move. The great news is we beat the estimate time and cost and saved her some money! We are excited for her in this regard, but for some reason she is not. Deposit was applied and accounted for. The range of cost is what she accepted prior to move day and we beat it. The cost per hour is a little more with an extra man, but 3 men saved her the time and cost she would have incurred with only 2 men. We did offer a gift card to her for customer satisfaction and after auditing the job sheet with GPS we corrected the total time with a reduction in 15 min and have submitted this to accounting to process. We have not heard from ****** since our last email. We were happy to save her money! Even if she wants us to charge for 2 men and more time and money, we are not going to do that. This is very odd and atypical of a complaint, but we saved her money and time and feel weird in apologizing for that?

  TWO MEN AND A TRUCK was the worst moving experience ever. Never again. Quoted 1300. Charged over 3k. Broke our TV. Told we would be called. We were not. We reached out and spoke to **** who gave us the quote. Told him the multitude of issues with our move. The fact that it took them over 12 hours to move a 2100 sq ft home to a storage building, the fact that the storage building was 2 miles away and they took 2 hours to get there, we had to help move furniture to the living room to speed them along, we moved the grill from the backyard to the side of the house for them and reminded them 3 times to get the grill they forgot. We asked them to keep the safe at the front of the storage building, they did not. They charged us for boxes that we had asked for (lamps and tv), yet they had NO boxes. Bed frame parts are all mixed up in the storage building. Told us there would be 3-4 men. There were 2 boys. They added a 3rd at 3 PM. I have moved multiple times in my life. Never was it such a fiasco. We were organized and had everything ready to go. Our last move was from one 4000 sq ft home to another home 15 miles away it took 7 hours. After a long discussion with ****, we were told *** would call us. He did not. We got a message from **** stating he charged our card for over 3 grand and acted like we had never had a conversation! Now we are out a TV, charged for boxes that we never received, and paid more for a move than we should have. Unbelievable.
