      July 1, 2024 TWO MEN AND A TRUCK was the worst moving experience ever. We were quoted 1300. They charged us over 3k. They broke our TV. The guys moving us said they had to take our TV to get it estimated and told us we would be called. We were not. We reached out and spoke to **** who gave us the quote. We told him the multitude of issues with our move. The fact that it took them over 12 hours to move a 2100 sq ft home to a storage building, the fact that the storage building was 2 miles away and they took 2 hours to get there, we had to help move furniture to the living room to speed them along, we moved the grill from the backyard to the side of the house for them and reminded them 3 times to get the grill they forgot. We asked them to keep the safe at the front of the storage building, they did not. They charged us for boxes that we had asked for (lamps and tv), yet they had NO boxes. Bed frame parts are all mixed up in the storage building. **** told us there would be 3-4 men. There were 2 ***s. They added a 3rd *** at 3 PM. They didnt have to move our fridge, washer, or dryer, and it still took them forever. I have moved multiple times in my life. Never was it such a fiasco. We were organized and had everything ready to go. Our last move was from one 4000 sq ft home to another home 15 miles away it took 7 hours. After a long discussion with ****, we were told that *** would call us. He did not. We got a message from **** stating he charged our card for over 3 grand and acted like we had never had a conversation! Now we are out a TV, charged for boxes that we never received, and paid more for a move than we should have. The photos I attached are time stamped.

      On May 9, 2023, Two men and a truck moved our furniture from our prior home to Branson. At the completion of the move I was presented the final charge which was paid. Upon later reviewing the sales order I noted a charge of $125 for moving a bed and mattress which they did not move. I contacted them by email the next day and they confirmed the bed was not moved. My contact indicated she would inform accounting to correct the error. To date, I have not received reimbursement. After numerous attempts to contact the coordinator I dealt with, she finally claimed it had been removed from the sales order prior to what the final bill was. What I paid included the overcharge however which they initially agreed should be corrected. My contact promised to look into it and get back to me. All prior correspondence in this matter has been ignored until recently.

      Dear BBB,
      last week we spoke with **** and explained that there is no charge for moving services of a bed and mattress for $125. 
      We explained the total cost of his moving services which included all items we loaded and unloaded. 
      There is a non-refundable $125 valuation charge that comes with every move, just like hotels and flights have fees that you cannot negotiate; however, we explained that there is no additional $125 charge for moving an extra bed and mattress nor any additional charge for that matter.       I reject the company’s response to my complaint. Your letter dated  July 17, stated I had only 7 days to respond. That letter was not mailed until July 25. I am responding 2 days after receiving said letter. The original bill which included the disputed charge was presented online and is no longer accessible to me. Attached you will find a copy of the email I received indicating they would have accounting correct the discrepancy. 
      I will continue to reject the company’s response till they confirm their error.
