      We used them to move us from *** to Ok. and one of our dining room chairs had a large deep ***** scratched into the wood. Another wooden cabinet piece was dropped to the ground from a movers hand truck as he was moving the piece into the house. My wife and I were standing right where it happened but the mover never apologized or said a word, he just went about his business as if nothing happened.The office sent an email asking us to submit a review and share our experience, which we did. It has been over a month and no response. I guess they don't care!

      They took twice as long to move me than quoted. Inexperienced Did not have tools to dismantle bed. Truck not large enough. Did not wrap pictures or mirrors. Did not even try to make things right. Will never use them again!!
