      OReilly Auto Parts used to be my favorite store until today. For the last 4-5 months, I have been trying to find whether or not my fuel pump has a lifetime warranty. Ive called several stores (AR and **), as well as Corporate, and everyone seems to either have amnesia or simply refuse to honor their warranty. After my mechanic comes to my apartment last night in the cold weather, lifts my tailgate, and climbs under it to get the part number (which is what I was told to do by the ********* and *************** stores) because I cant find the receipt from years ago nor remember my old phone number, no one seems to be able to help ************* says we need to have the information in order to find out if there is a warranty. Of course I told them I will never shop at their store again.

      I went to the Jenison, MI O’Reilly. I went to get a headlight, ****** helped me find the right one I needed. He then put it in for me, it was a cold night but didn’t hesitate to put it in for me, was very polite & wouldn’t take a tip! He said to just leave a review. I’ve bought different parts for my vehicle & they are always willing to install it for me & very helpful, to make sure I get the right part!! Thank You ******!!

      I wouldve put a zero as well but thats not an option. I bought a battery from them; when they were changing it, they snapped a bolt off the brace to hold it into place. They said they will replace the part. Week later still no word on the part. I called them, they said they were looking for the part. I called customer support to get the district manager name and number, when I tried to call, no one seems to know who he was. I called support again. The guy proceeded to tell me, I dont see what the big deal is. Do not, I emphasize, DO NOT buy anything from them!

      Went to a store a few times to test a battery they keot saying it was good til my warranty expired then they told ne it was not good that i ***** a New one

      My son quit ********. Just because he quit they voided all his warranty he had on any parts. For instance I took back a battery that was 6 months old and was tested to be bad. I had the recept. And they still refused to warranty the battery. I will not be going back.

      I would put zero stars if possible I paid for a part from this company and it turned out to be a bad part so I went to exchange it and was told they dident have the part in stock and it would be shipped to the store witch would take about six days to receive and in that time I went to a different business and got a working part from them and came into the store today to just ask for my money back and was told that the part I ordered was NOT paid for and they had taken the part from me in the first encounter six days before and was told I can't get my money back untell they talk to there employee that worked that day and I asked what if I go home and get my receipt for the part and she told me no she needs to talk to her employee first and to wait for there call this is ridiculous extremely unpleasant and unprofessional I will never come back to this business again

      I don't understand why they would have a closing time which is 9 pm I work long hours and always pressed on time.i show up 2 pick up parts that had already been paid for the day before the **** I received that day was damaged another trip back 2 store 2 find out they had no more in stock but could have 1 there later well I worked late along with several million other people to just make it in time to get my new parts it was 5 minutes until 9 doors already locked lights went out as I stood at their entrance door it's not right very poor business.

      Went to pick up an order and called the store number like the email said and no one answered. I went inside and they wouldn't release the order to me because I wasn't listed as an alternate pick up person. I would totally understand, but I showed them the confirmation email that my boss had sent me and even offered to call him to verify. They implied that was a criminal committing fraud and that my boss would have to call a separate customer service hotline to change the order. It took 2 days to resolve this. I went to pick up the order today and received no apologies or offer to load the heavy items into my vehicle. You can't expect good customer service anymore, especially at **********. Terrible. We will not ever use ********** as a vendor ever again.

      I use to hate your store in *******, ** north store. South store really *****. But I needed help so went to the North Store and this guy *********************** helped me. Finally someone that knew what he was talking about. He was very nice and helped me out. I will be sending everyone i know to see him. You need more people like him at your stores. Got my car fixed and didn't have to keep going back.
