      I went to the store in San Leandro close to downtown. I took my truck battery there for charging. He told me to come back in 45 minutes. I came back and he brought it back from the back of the store. He told me it was no good. He wanted me to buy a $300 battery. I took it to another store and they were able to charge it and gave me paperwork verifying that.

      I have never had this happen with another business before. Apparently the manager was upset about a warranty claim we filed over a year ago that nothing was ever done with. They used profanity about the situation as they were leaving to another one of my employees. I will never do business with them again. Utterly ridiculous to be that unprofessional at someone else's place of business.

      Stay away from this parts store at **** * *** **** ** ****** ***** ******** The sell rebuilt pumps that have NOT been tested and do NOT work. I am on my 3rd power steering pump in as many days. The company they use is named MasterPro, What a joke. I paid cash this morning as it was 24 degrees outside and did not take the FIRST bad out to take back. So this evening I take both back and TOLD the supposed manager Rick that I expected $91.10 back in cash for one of the bad ones I paid cash for THAT morning. So what does he do? Sent the $91.10 to a family member's credit card. Eithert he does not understand or does not car about customer service. I WILL not be back in this store ever again. Go to NAPA or M&M Auto Parts. THey may be a little more expensive, but it beats wasting more than 4 days on a vehicle repair that should take 3 hours.

      All I have to say is that stay away from this store.Every time I go there they don't have what I,m looking for,the say I can order for you and pick it up tommorrow by 3:00 pm.O.k order it, I go there to pick it up and they still don't have it and the answer is that the store we order for. do not send it to as. **** excuse,I have to ask for my money back. I try not to go there never more.

      Led to believe I was being helped on December 30th 2022 my CV axle for my four-wheel drive in my **** F-150 crew cab gave out I had just purchased it in August of 2022 with a lifetime warranty upon it failing it caused my wheel bearing and hub assembly to fail as well at " fear of towing"I removed the CV axle from the front driver side that failed took it to the nearest ********** Auto parts store which was on 12th and Valencia in ****** ******* upon arriving I was greeted by slim gentleman with no mustache but long ***** he appeared agitated as I placed the CV axle on the counter I described it had failed and I had a lifetime warranty on it because I had just barely purchased it ...I let him know the month seeing that it would help lessen his job a little that it was purchased as you scroll through my many of purchases finally came upon it when he ran it through his inventory he noticed that he didn't have it at his store he said it would take one week for it to be shipped in I've dealt with ********** for many of years and never had I ever had to wait for a part one week his quick response led me to believe he hadn't checked any other stores in the city when I questioned if there was another store that might carry it he even looked more agitated as he had to look after looking he found that 6th and Ajo carried one I then asked if he can call to verify that it was there I didn't have to drive across town seen that I got somebody to give me a ride there ultimately and find out it wasn't there this seemed to really bothered the young man so has he called the 6th and Ajo store they replied that they did not have the complete CV axle there I called corporate to describe my matters I'm running out of characters to continue this story ultimately they ordered the part that I knew I could not use and gave corporate the image as if they were going to satisfy my needs now I'm stuck on the side of a road thank you ********** in fear of my truck getting towed No more room

      I want to give a *BIG* shout out & Thank you to the employees at the Aitkin Minnesota location! They gave such good customer service to me & went above & beyond to install my new windshield wipers in the freezing cold weather! BIG THANKS TO: ******* & *****.. Also the Assistant Manager!!! Thank you so much guys! Merry Christmas!!!!! & God Bless!!!!!! ????

      Oreillys will not satisfy a warranty with a core charge. I bought a part from them with a lifetime warranty, the item is no longer in stock. Now all I have is a broken part from them which has a LifeTime Warranty. Beware of this lie of a warranty.

      0 stars if I could. We have a really bad blizzard with no road visibility and you make people who live across the river still go into work. Businesses should care about their employees just as much as they care about making money. Please do some research into being a better employer/company you guys are doing a horrible job.
