I was verbally and physically threaten by an employee at the skyline boulevard in ********* **. Over a parking spot. The most unprofessional conduct by the employee and some of the other employees there too. Please be very careful if you shop at that store not only from total strangers but sadly ORileys employees at this location.

Don't buy from this place. We bought a car battery from their *******, ** location and it died, not even lasting a year. We brought it back, but they will not honor it without a receipt. We gave them our phone numbers so they'll be able to track the receipt, but they claim that they cannot find it. We showed them a statement from our credit card, but they still didn't honor it. We're thinking they probably typed our phone number wrong, or they just don't want to honor the warranty. We made a mistake of buying from the this place.

I went to get a battery and the employee put it in backwards causing electrical and computer module damage. I've spent almost $1,000 in repairs at ***** because of **********. They won't return my calls, I sent a certified letter to the **** and he won't contact me. I've called numerous times and no one will call me back. I keep having residual damage and have a car that is unreliable and has complete depreciation and they won't stand behind their company. There is no telling what the end will be when it comes to damages.

Don't go there to buy auto parts...they don't honor warranties at all..I went there to buy a serpentine belt for my 2007 jeep compass..for 1..they gave me the wrong size..after they looked it up on the computer and still gave me the wrong one..but they told me it was the right one..so I put it on..was really hard to get on..but when I finally go it on.as soon as I turned on my car..the belt busted..30 min later I went back to ******* with receipt and they told me that I was returning the wrong belt..I ask them to show me another identical belt..and what a coincidence..I was told that that one was the last one..bad business....employees are rude and they catch attitudes if you try to return something..I recommend going somewhere else to buy parts..

I bought a new car battery and exchanged the core. I called 5 minutes later to request that the battery be tested to confirm it was bad. *** told me No. I asked for the manager. He said he was the manager. I asked for his boss and contact info. He said No he doesnt have to give it to me. I asked for another associate who came on the phone after a long wait. ****** corroborated **** story. **************** no longer exists. *** was rude and acted like he had no respect for me as a customer. Id be surprised if he was a manager with his lack of customer service skills.

I bought a battery 1 year ago and had it go bad within 1 week of the warranty. They said it just needed recharged and tested fine. 2 weeks later battery is dead again. O'Reilly auto parts are scammers and there warranty is a joke.

Been with the company almost 2 years as a driver, and let me tell you something, stay away!!! Company is horrible, management or shall I say the manager is a joke who likes to harass you, threatens you, bullies you, threatens to retaliated against you. Doesn't do a thing all day, leaves the store ***** times a day to go to the store and goes home, leaves early all the time, calls out all the time, but when you call out cause you are sick, or you have to stay home cause your daughter is sick or school is closed, you get threatened to be fired and harassed and talked to like garbage and threats to be retaliated against. He calls out to go play golf all the time, leaves early all the time to go play golf. Stands around all day and does nothing, makes the drivers do all the work that management and sales people should be doing. walks around all day like he is a tough guy and a big shot and likes to intimidate you, co workers are shady and talk about everyone behind your back, especially about the manager and the company, but when it's time for people to speak up, not one person speaks up . You don't get a raises. Horrible company, I filed so many harassment claims with *************** and nothing has been done, I recently quit because of the harassment and bullying and I'm in the process of talking to a lawyer. So don't work for this company and work at this place, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

I tryied to get a OEM starter for my **** **** 124 spider ****. They need my starter for the core. What I got back was a aftermarket manufactured piece of junk that was not OEM. I told them I wanted my starter back. They said well we paid you for the core and your starter was shipped. And we can't get it back. So, They s**** me out of a 124 to 310 dollar starter "because that's what it would cost for a rebuilt or new one" and gave me A piece of s*** aftermarket pile of junk 80 dollar starter. I will never buy from ********** again. If you are *********'t buy from ********** and put them out of business for ever! The BBB use to be able to do something about these company's. Now nothing is being done!

One of their drivers for their ********* store was using the shoulder in a school zone to speed and aggressively avoid bumper-to-bumper traffic. Later she was tailgating ** still in the traffic and later tried to use a freeway entrance ramp to cut us off in an intersection and later smiled and swerved at us like she going to hit us. Psychotic.

I bought a left turn signal light bulb today at **********. A very nice young man named ***** replaced the bulb and aired up my tires. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and courteous. I am disabled and have to use a cane to walk.It is very hard for me to put air in the tires by myself. I tried to tip him, but he refused to accept it. I.highly recommend ********** for your automotive needs. Great customer service is hard to find nowadays. Thanks ***** !
