      Went in to an Oriellys parts store to get a radiator hose for a 2017 Tundra, did not have it, neither did the Advance, NAPA or Autozone, all but NAPA could get it somewhere between 3:30 and 6:30 same day, my comment to Advance was how can you sell parts when you dont have what a customer needs, should have said that to them all!On another note, out of the above named parts stores the only one that I have walked out of because of poor service is ********, couldnt get waited on

      I am finished with o Rileys auto parts I ordered brake pads and rosters. I explained they had to get the correct pads because there were 3 options when the vin is entered. I had measurements done for them to make it easier for them. I picked 2 boxes up. I tried to tell them I had pads and rosters. They insisted everything was there. So I leave confused because I told them there were rosters and pads. So I just assumed they knew what they were talking about. I dropped my car off at ***** automotive. And received a call saying the pads were not there. Im not a mechanic or a parts store employee. So I guess I convinced myself it must be all together since they wouldnt hear my questioning if I had everything. So I live off ******* rd And drive back to town to get them and drop them off at *****. Well the phone rings again from ***** auto and was told the orders the wrong pads for the front! Feeling perturbed called O Rileys back. The manager acted as if all is just fine so I voiced how I was offended I never even got an apology! But he is going to do me right by getting my pads to ***** himself and that I dont have to pay the extra that he said they cost. Now I get why people wont go there anymore. They were correct. So this must be a very common problem and it takes them longer to get parts compared to other parts stores. So Im taking my business elsewhere. As I should have listened to word of mouth but had to see for myself. I hope this helps someone not go through the trouble and extra expense and days that it has taken me to get this job done. Like almost a week or so give or take!! Not acceptable

      Went into the store on 11/18/2023 at around 6:50pm. I purchased a gallon of "Aircraft remover". I went up to the counter and I had 3 digital $5 off coupons that I wanted to combine and use. Zac the "acting manager" said he could only accept 1 coupon per transaction, even though there was no stipulation in my coupon that said it was limited to 1 per transaction. I argued that since it was not written anywhere on paper, he needed to accept my 3 coupons. He gave me the lame excuse it was "implied", instead of in writing. I call B.S!! I will gladly follow any policy, as long as it's written in stone, otherwise you can't just make up rules ***** nilly.

      I am 74 worked 8 years for oreillys thought it was a good company to work for but boy was I mistaken. Gave 2 weeks notice and was told I had to so i could get paid sick pay (by store mgr). Wrong, human resources said part timers do not get sick pay when they leave, same Mgr. That forgot to notify main office when I handed in my paper to store manager. Had to call office my self to find out why I didn't get my final check on last day of work, which ****** says was due on last day worked. Again joke. Was told by office dist Mgr. Turned in my paper work only after I had called. I would not recommend anyone go to work for a company that treats there employees that way. I quit because it was getting harder to lift heavy freight. Nice going *********

      ****** died in less then 2 years... next warrantied replacement died in less then a year. Store is scamming people.

      Cheap garbage parts from wheel bearings, cv axles, all brake components, shift cables and more theyre all c*** 3 different sets of brakes in 1 years time all were oreillys "high end parts" either dont fit correctly, wear out very prematurely or are just plain junk cheap chinese s*** will no longer buy anything from them go to napa at least their fleet parts are quality

      Went and bought two batteries from the ******* store let my diesel sit one winter and now both batteries are bad. Over $300 in batteries bad after one winter.

      **** be aware of buying any brake parts for any car I bought brake system for my Lexus car. Include rotors,calipers,and pads for front and rear wheels . Less than 6 my front brakes on my car shakes and rattles every use brakes on highway store manger and his helper have no mechanical understanding of breaking system and insist that I have other issues with my car. My brake came with limited life time warranty this is BS . Warranty cover only manufacturer defects. Which really does not cover anything

      Referring to a specific store (************* ********, **) I literally WILL NOT ever return to that store, which ***** cause it's just 2blks from my house. I don't think I've ever experienced the lack of help that this store gave me. It wasn't overloaded with customers, instead of offering any kind of concern in helping me all I got was, "what we have is down that isle" that's it !!! On top of making me feel as though I was stupid/taking up their time. I didn't know sz of hose I needed on radiator or heater so the 3rd time to register I thought perhaps the employee behind counter with screen in front of him would be able knowing more then me "Not" so then started giving him info on my car think'n he'd punch info on my car relating to specific hoses and could at least give me a idea, instead stopped me right after yr and make of my car and said "that's not going too help" I won't be able to find what u need.... REALLY.......... not only did my time of an hour I'd spent there this morning a total waste it as well ended putting me getting nowhere in fixing my issues- So Very DISAPPOINTED- UNPROFESSIONAL...
