      I doubt there integrity after my last visit. I scheduled a routine eye exam. When I got my letter from my insurance, it said my portion was around ***** but the exam charge was over ******. just because they can get it from insurance doesnt mean its right to charge that much. The ***** that was my portion shouldve been the total amount. Not good business!

      Their billing practices, in my opinion, are "padded" and fraudulent. I had excellent ***************************** with a $35 co-pay for a specialist visit to see an eye doctor. In addition to that charge, they also charged me for "unauthorized" charges, such as "fundus photos", which cost over $100. I never asked for these photos. They also charged extra for a contact lens fitting, which should have been included in the comprehensive eye exam. That cost another one hundred plus dollars. Everything they could possibly charge as separate, they did. When I went to Eyeglass World the previous year, everything was included. This is unacceptable, and in my opinion, takes advantage of the healthcare system, including ******** and *********
