Dizmang are greedy slum lords. Terrible property group.
Don’t deal with them ever. Paid rent on time for 3 year gave my notice
now the are charging my 2100.00 to ( Fix things) the carpet was old when
I moved in they are charging for new carpet. They never got rid of the
termites they left me without a water heater for 6 weeks. An did not do
anything about the black mold. Literally charging 7 dollars for each
light bulb that was out. 34.00 for a new tolet seat. The two cabinet
doors that fell apart was from the termites. Now I found out that the
reason my so an I were so sick all the time is because of the black mold
    they never fixed

This person also left a one star ****** review, please take a look at our ****** reviews; it will be the newest one. On that review she states it was her daughter that rented the home, not her. Here in the BBB review, ******* acts as if she was the tenant. We never have rented to a *************************. We don't know this person. We did have a tenant by the last name of White, that recently moved out, we did a final walk-thru for damages and the damages were significant. The tenants animal caused much damage and the home was left a disaster. Broken cabinet doors, debris left behind, and that tenant does owe us thousands of dollars for said damage. But again, we don't know a *************************, nor was ******* on any lease with us, ever.

The actual tenant called me yesterday and stated it was her mother who did the review, not her. I have never met or talked to ************************* nor have had any agreement or dealings with her. My tenant admitted to the damages, took responsibility, and has worked out payment arrangements for the damages. We will continue to work with our tenant and as long as she does what we agreed the issue is finalized. Thank you.
