  Horrible, incompetent service. They were unaware of the proper techniques for withdrawal of Benzos established over 30 years ago by prominent clinics and professionals such as Dr. ********************** benzodiazepine guide, aka the Ashton ******* ***** reading this manual and realizing that the Eustasis approach was dangerous and incorrect, I successfully completed the program at home with the help of this manual and my ******* Care Physician. No withdrawal symptoms. For the record: When reducing the dosage of a pill, halve the pill along the "score" line to guarantee the 2 smaller accurate dosages. They advocated just cutting the pill in sections with a pill cutter. This has shown to be ineffective, and even dangerous in getting the proper dosage during your withdrawal schedule. if you are struggling with withdrawal from a prescription drug, ****** www.benzoinfo.com.Regarding the facility: I sent them a copy of the Manual. Hopefully, they have gleaned some much-needed info from some of the world's most successful clinical studies. You will wait a long time after your scheduled appointment to actually see a "Provider" (Not an MD.) You will read many complaints about this. I heard 6 people in the same waiting room who admitted they had no appointment but were seen ahead of me. My sincere, respectful complaint to the provider resulted in a doctor coming in and telling me off. The fact is they don't control their flow of patients very well. He was rude, unprofessional, and poorly dressed. $350.00 a visit every 2 weeks. And was told I might not ever be able to kick this 35-year addiction to this prescription drug. Wrong.Talk about vanity, they actually have a framed "************" Front Page picture of the Doctors and staff in the lobby, proclaiming them as the #1 Doctors in Springfield."417" is a pay-and-post your ad" magazine with no medical background. Eustasis is a money-grubbing, insurance-sucking sham posing as a medical service. Be very wary.

  I went in to Eustasis springfield location. I have never in my life been treated by the people at the springfield location. I have been on the phone with my therapist because of how awful they were. I was just crying because I was scared that **** is actively here and knows I played apart in his new charge, I was on the phone with the detectives this morning to warn me. The way I was treated at that location is not ok. I started recording it when the first provider had a smirk on her face while I was crying, then the doctor came in and was beyond rude to the point I sat in my car after leaving crying to the point I couldnt drive. When I left crying saying they didnt have to be so mean, that Im just a scared person going through a lot. He got nasty with me and started yelling things at me down the hallway. When I was in the lobby crying they went as far as even sent out the security guard who told me to stop crying because I will upset other patients.Never have I ever in MY ENTIRE LIFE have I EVER been treated like that.This place has literally knocked me back to square 1.If you heard the recording you would be disgustedNo patient should ever be treated like this, I was simply scared and crying

  Advised to see psychiatrist to talk. Made appointment, filled in email form. July 4,23 Went to appointment. Told at front desk that billing said I would owe nothing for my appointment. Answered the questions again with a woman (not Dr). Waited. Answered the questions for third time with man (not Dr). Told that since I didnt have a problem with drugs and didnt want drugs that they were going to send me somewhere else. Dr got on computer and confirmed it. Yesterday, July 11,23 I got an email stating I owe Ustasis $49. I have called billing twice, leaving my information, but not called back. Front desk answered a 3rd time and said they must be at lunch.

  Unimpressed!! My minor was inpatient and discharged - a referral was sent for Eustasis for medication management. I called and was told she had an appointment scheduled for Monday at 7:30. Verified all of her demographics and insurance. We get there and not only does she not have an appointment- they can't find her in their system. Six hours later she was seen as a walk in (She was also the first person in the building). The receptionist was rude and short. We went over her medications and they counted all pills left in the four bottles. They knew she only had a week supply left. Then they bring her back on a Friday - she wasn't even seen until two hours past her appointment- knowing she would need a prior authorization on two of her four meds, they just refilled them and did nothing more. Now she can't get her meds because I don't have an eleven hundred dollars for two prescriptions. They still have not done anything as far as a prior authorization goes. Because of their NEGLIGENCE my child is going back into the hospital for inpatient until they get off their rude, lazy, not caring ****** and do their job. I would highly NOT recommend this place- so disappointing and dangerous!!

  My wife was directed to this place a couple years ago. The wait times were insane, they never seemed to have anything together, and we just got a call 2 years later about one of the bills going to collections and they can't tell us absolutely anything about it. We have no idea what is going on. We left this place a long time ago and they are now after money that no one can even look into as to why. They were very hard to get ahold of and billing was always a mess.

  My last visit was rescheduled the I waited on hold for 45 minutes for a telephone visit and finally hung up. Then the phone rang and I told the lady at the front desk I didn’t want to be seen there ever again to cancel my appointment I was going to go elsewhere because between the two places this had happened three times in a couple of months. Then I called the other building and cancelled my next monthly visit with them as well! They sent me a “No show bill for 100.00 when I cancelled my last appointments and start going to *****!!!! How dare they! Horrible buisness practices. Never take you back or join the call on time!! Do not seek help here!

  I REALLY WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE COMMENTS POSTED ABOUT THIS COMPANY SO I WOULDN'T HAVE
  WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY!
  Wanted to give them zero or a 1/2 star but it wouldn't accept that. 3 hours and 100s of health background questions
  answered……communicated my EXACT needs when I checked in (Before I even started the process of being seen)...was told no problem. They ended my appointment without any of my needs handled. Got
  the impression they REALLY get people in to tell them they need counseling (bait and switch ?) so clients will continually have to return and thus increase their revenue billing. Scandalous.

  Worst place I've ever been to. I went there 1 1/2 years and not once had an illicit UA no problems with prescriptions whatsoever. I had an incident happen that was out of my control which caused me to misplace my Suboxone (I'm currently on MAT). Eustasis informed me they could no longer have me as a patient but also reported me to the **** After ONE incident. I have since found an amazing provider who is well aware of my previous issue and willing to treat me, except now I cannot find a pharmacy willing to fill my Suboxone prescription because of Eustasis reporting me to the **** They all say they "Aren't comfortable filling controlled medications" for me. I understand there are rules and policies that are put into place (for our own safety, of course). I feel that ONE incident in the 7 years I have been on MAT does not warrant repercussions to this degree. Needless to say this has all made it very difficult to maintain sobriety. I know there are people who don't believe in MAT or say to "just quit" but anyone who has struggled with addiction knows that its not that easy. Long story short, do not receive care from Eustasis unless you want your life to be ruined from a single mistake.

  By far the absolute worst and dysfunctional psychiatrist I have ever been to. Was a patient for a *********** do not understand the concept of not putting you with male psychiatrist when you are not comfortable with it. ***** get a scheduled appointment, wait in the waiting room for an hour+ only to be placed with a MALE psychiatrist after repeatedly asking them not to. And once you find a great psychiatrist with them that you like, that psychiatrist leaves because they cant stand working for this establish. Beyond Disrespectful employees & only out for your money. Charges my insurance $2,000+ For a 10 minute visit with a psychiatrist that knows absolutely nothing. Run from this place.
