  My adult daughter recently moved back to ******** and Eustasis was recommended to us by a former therapist. We made an appointment to see a psychiatrist, but saw an NP instead. He didnt know enough about anything to recommend new meds, so he just renewed her current ones while we wait to find a new doctor. She then had to return in 30 days to renew the scripts and she was assigned a different, random provider who never introduced herself. Two weeks later, we are still trying to get her prescriptions filled and no one at Eustasis will return calls. The one person who did call was untruthful about efforts to resolve the issue. This is the most frustrating experience weve had in 20 years of mental health care.

  In November 2021, I has some type of follow-up appointment. First, I had gone there to get tested for ADHD, and the doc decided I didn't have ADHD, and was just depressed, so I had gotten put on medication that didn't feel like it did much, except give me brain-zaps. Then, on this November trip, they tried to charge my old insurance that was no longer valid. Now, I didn't learn this at the time, nor within the 90 days that insurance claims are supposed to be filed. No, I wasn't called back by Eustasis until July 29, 2022, 2 days before my insurance from my previous job was set to expire. And even though my insurance should have been valid at the time, since it was not within 90 days of (*...checks notes...*) NOVEMBER 2021, I was told the insurance probably wouldn't cover it, and I was going to be surprised by a $150 **** that needed to be paid.Absolutely worthless.

Unfortunately we may not know when a patients insurance expires until it is billed to the insurance, we validate insurance on each visit at the time of service and it shows active at the time. All consents show the self pay rates which are the most we would charge in those circumstances. ** also arrange for payment plans when necessary.
