This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. They called today to solicit business and before I could say my number is on the do not call list, the gentleman hung up. I dialed back again and someone said what do you want. I dialed back again and the person proceeded the press numbers on their phone keypad. The next person said they were the manager. It sounded like a bunch of unruly school kids in the office. Then they called my house repeatedly and hung up. So I kept calling because I wanted a manager. And now that I have found the company, I’m certain nothing will be done.
Who in their right mind would invest in the business. The fraudulent callers begin their greeting by saying we’re calling to see if you’re enjoying your timeshare. Trickery and malicious lies!

    Customer Answer

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I need documentation showing that this matter has been terminated.

I had paid off one of my timeshares and there should have been a refund for the sale of that timeshare.  I was told that there would most likely be a refund since I owned one timeshare and was purchasing another.

    Please advise.

    Sincerely,

    ***** *********

They were going to get me out of my timeshare and I was told I would probably receive around $8,000 - $10,000 back. I emailed them on 8/2/22 and was told a settlement was reached the day before. I have tried calling and emailing them several times since and am getting no response. I would like to know what is going on.
