    I have been trying to cancel my Branson time share for a year. They keep telling me they were working on it. Finally I was told that I would have to transfer $3900 to their account and I would be released. I sent the money and have received any confirmation of my release.

    Started March 2022, paid this company $10K to get rid of 2 long time timeshare units that had NO mortgages, nor past due at time. Was told take 6-9 months, they offered 'PRICE GUARANTEE" and then after filed paperwork they said could take 9-12 months. They do NOT COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS, NOR send any updates or followups. It has now been 15 month's have sent several emails to ***** ****** & get lame lies back, he talks outta both side of mouth, stating one thing in one email, then counterdicks that response in next email. I GAVE THEM UNTIL WED. MAY 17, 2023 TO REFUND MY MONEY PAID, (Sent org. receipt to him 5-11-23) when requested. THIS IS A **** AND THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY PROMISE NOR FOLLOWUP. My husband & I are BOTH SENIORS & my next step will be to report this to the State Attorney General AS ELDER ABUSE!!!! IF MY FEES ARE NOT REFUNDED. I EXPECTED A RESOLUTION BEFORE NOW!!!

    The contracts we entered into with the ***********'s clearly define the timeframe in which we operate. The ***********'s did in fact owe thousands of dollars in arrears on their timeshare at the time they contracted with us. We have been in contact with the ***********'s via email in 20 different email threads on average bi-weekly. Which is far greater than we advertise at one contact per month. We have exceeded the industry standards in working with the ***********'s and thank them for their business. The ***********'s are not due any refund as per the terms of the contract. However, we look forward to a successful resolution like we have provided for similar customers over the last near decade we have been in business.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    What Mr ***** ****** says are complete "UN-TRUE", they have not contacted us "bi-weekly"  & we have sent them hundreds of pages of documents.

    WE DID NOT OWE ANYTHING ON THESE TWO WEEKS, ONE PURCHASED IN 10-06-1990, & PAID IN FULL, NO PAST DUE MAINT. FEES - UNTIL WE HIRED ISS, THE OTHER PURCHASED 7-8-2005 & WAS ALSO PAID IN FULL.

    WE ARE DEMANDING A REFUND PER "PRICE QUARANTEE",  this company is a ****!  WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM NOR THE TIMESHARE COMPANY!!!  Either ISS can refund the monies paid to get us out of these, or DO THEIR **** JOB AS PROMISED ON OUR PRICE GUARANTEE.

    This company is a ****, and yes we consider this 'ELDER ABUSE', paying 10K$ for someone to do a job they promise' "is easy" & do not perform!!!

    In January of 2018 I paid Timeshare Release $4200 to cancel a timeshare. They didn’t do it and I’m still getting billed for maintenance fees. Timeshare Release changed my address so I wouldn’t receive any bills from the timeshare company, but they’ve found me and I’m getting billed again. It has caused a negative delinquent report on my credit report and my credit score is also negatively impacted. I’ve written many times over the years and they won’t resolve the problem. I got a bill for timeshare maintenance fees this week and that is why I’m filing this report

    One of the clauses in our contract states that the client is required to keep the maintenance fees current throughout the process, and for up to 90 days after receipt of a signed and notarized deed of conveyance etc. As could be expected, we would not be able to transfer or otherwise terminate a timeshare that is in arrears. We are happy to resume the process when the maintenance fees are brought current. We spoke with the client via email and informed them of the steps necessary to be taken in effort to resolve this matter as expeditiously as possible. In addressing the "Timeshare Release" statement, that is not a name associated with our business at all.

    I was contacted by this company to get out of my timeshare. I went to their seminar and did research on them. Seemed reputable. I have provided all documents they asked for and since then, August 2022, have not been able to get ahold of anyone. I have sent multiple emails and have called and left messages for my contact. Still nothing. I believe I may have gotten scammed and am out *******. I want my money back from them and to cancel this so called deal with them to get me out of my timeshare, free and clear. Can you assist in me getting g my money back?

    ********************* contracted with us early in 2022 and failed to return the documents for approximately six months. Upon receiving the documents her file was immediately put into fulfillment and we have been working diligently on it since. I gave ********************* my cell phone number in addition to a couple office numbers after informing her that during the holidays it would be difficult to reach us and if she needed to reach me directly she could call me on the cell phone. I attempted to reach out to ********************* to no avail. Under the terms of the contract, all documents must be returned within ***************************************************************************** less. ********************* failed to meet that basic contractual requirement. However, my office is continuing to be willing to work with her in light of these circumstances. At this time, ********************* is not eligible for a refund and it would be dubious to provide one given our ability to fulfill the contract with her cooperation.
