    Terrible experience. This company takes your money and never, ever communicates with you or sends you an email unless you contact them! Horrible. ALSO My time share was foreclosed and repossessed, NOT voluntarily transferred as promised. I didn't need to pay a penny to anyone be foreclosed!!!

    We are glad you are timeshare free! As advocates for timeshare owners, we advocate on behalf of our clients to reach a solution that results in both sides walking away having achieved their goal. When a timeshare is paid off we transfer or deed-back the property. There was no foreclosure against the client, an IN REM action is against property. NOT the obligor.
