      We used this company to help us cancel our timeshare. The good news, is the contract with the timeshare was cancelled, and we no longer are owners. The bad news is, during the presentation of services, lots of numbers were written down by the sales person, but he unfortunately, wrote down the incorrect numbers. When it came time to settle up, we were overcharged by this company. Had an opportunity to speak with the supervisor, who offered to pay for half of the honest error. If the error had not occurred, we probably would not have moved forward with the transaction, and because it was an error from the salesperson, I felt like the company should have done the right thing and paid for the error. If for no other reason except to increase good will with me and other clients. I would not recommend this company, as they do not stand behind the presentation given.
