This company stole my vehicle from a vacant parking lot within minutes after I parked. No marking or signage was present in or near that spot to indicate that parking in that spot was prohibited. My vehicle was taken to their private "impound" lot 7 miles away without notice given to police or any attempt to contact me. This company forced me to pay them over $325 to release my vehicle after they stole it and moved it to their location.

I was at the *********************** this weekend and also staying at the hotel across the street (****************). This company was towing people's cars away that they weren't supposed to. We were told to park in the front across from the expo center, so that's what we did. I went to checkout of my hotel Sunday morning and my car wasn't in the spot I left it. I called this company who proceeded to tell me they didn't have my car and it wasn't towed. I was getting ready to call the police and then my car was found way in the back of the hotel parking lot by the dumpsters. THEY TOWED MY CAR AND THEN BROUGHT IT BACK TO A WHOLE DIFFERENT PARKING LOT! (they were made to bring cars back that shouldn't of been towed in the first place) This parking lot it was towed to was FAR from the parking lot I parked in. If my husband hadn't started walking around different parking lots, we would've been stranded in ***********, car reported stolen and had no clue where my car was at. And the fact that I talked to these people on the phone and they told me they never towed my car! Can you imagine trying to go to your vehicle where you parked it at and it's just missing?? TOTAL PANCAKE PANIC ATTACK! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE, Should be considered thievery to tow people's cars that have parking stickers and especially moving it to a whole different parking lot without notifying the person. Should be some kind of repercussions for PREDATORY towing!

This company is part of a scam being run in ***********. This is a well run coordinated business of taking advantage of people from out of town visiting or traveling. If you do any research at all, you will see that RPM is making hundreds of thousands of dollars towing vehicles from poorly marked lots. Once I paid for my truck that literally was being picked up by the tow truck when I walked up, we drove around and found 4 other RapM trucks waiting in staging lots to be ready to swoop in ad grab more. They hire people to drive around and spot people parking, wait for them to be out of site, then swoop in and tow the cars. SCAM! Great way to ruin business in downtown.

Had my vehicle parked it's correct spot with my permit pass in the window at the apartment lot and they come between 10pm-12am to tow my vehicle. Went out to try to grab something for my 2 month old and find my vehicle gone. I thought it was stolen but come to find out it was towed. When I called they were very rude and tried to argue with me. And refused to tell me when I can get my vehicle and how much it will cost.

Scam artist and that is all. I calmly asked the people what "unauthorized" vehicles meant and he would not explain at all just threaten to keep our car if I asked again. I said if it doesn't say tenant parking, or pass needed or handicap then how would you know if you are unauthorized. I have it all on video. I just want an answer. Like others have said when there is a line of people all from the same place...it obviously isn't clear and just a business.

Our car was towed from a lot downtown after a concert. They agreed that it was towed by mistake because they found our money under a clip. We still had to find a ride to the tow lot (at our expense) to pick up our car. It was freezing outside and they refused to let ** wait inside. Our car wasnt even at the lot when we arrived and they wouldnt tell ** when we could expect it. The attendant was very nasty and rude. Please do not use RPM Towing!

This company is fueled with greed. I am a college student who lives in an apartment downtown, who pays $15 a month to have a parking pass. I never have once gotten my car towed because I am a resident. However, October 29th was the downtown annual Pub Crawl. This company decided to capitalize on this event and track down as many cars as possible to tow. My car being one of them. Also, I am allowed one guest to stay in our parking garage, their car also got towed. When I tried to retrieve my car they stated that my parking pass was expired when in fact it is good through the rest of this year. This company knew they could capitalize the most during this event, and they took advantage of it. They charged me and my guest $245 EACH to get our cars out, when a few months ago their prices were $150. In the same parking garage there is a broken down car that has been there for MONTHS, and it has not been touched not once. This is a definite depiction of GREED. This company does not care about the residents that live downtown, they only want to make money. The people who work here are very disrespectful and have no regard for peoples feelings. IF they were only doing their job then why dont they do it on a regular basis rather than when they can capitalize and ***** prices. This company deserves to be shut down immediately.

I would put zero stars, but that's not an option. Predatory towing company using private lots downtown that have signage that is not clear on a rainy night to charge unfair fees to get your car back. Anytime there is a line to get your car out, and several people are standing around thinking their cars got stolen, you know you are being a Predatory towing company. Will never do business again and will be filing complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General.

My vehicle was towed from the parking garage at the apartment complex my daughter lives in because she was not provided with the correct pass. Vehicle information is on file with leasing office and permit is paid for on a monthly basis.
