    I had an appt with ***** dealership for $250. Lucky Locksmith promised me they could do it for $160, even when I told them the dealership and hardware store quoted me $250. Their tech shows up and tells me my key fob will cost $250 plus credit card fee (I was never told there was a cc fee when I asked if they took cc on phone). Then the tech couldn't even make the fob and still asked me for $30 for a service call

    Today 08 28 22, unfortunately, I got locked out my apartment; after trying to get assistance, since 09:30, I had to call a professional. I called Lucky Locksmith after I checked the Website quoting $50 - $250 for a residential job. The technician --who was nice, *******-- took less than 10 minutes to let me in my apartment. This Company is taking advantage of people who need help and they need to be held accountable. My bill, for less than 10 minutes of work was $320 + a $30 fee. I cannot imagine in this situation and not having any money to pay these people!
