I have no water and Confluence Rivers UOC on 3-8-24 did not sent out an email, a call or a text or carrier pigeon to say we will not have water today. We just dont. Over an hour now. I called twice and one lady said it was a fire hydrant. We dont have fire hydrants in the neighborhood not one. Last year a family house caught fire and they sent fire trucks from 5 countries with water tanks to fight that fire. We pay more in water a month over 120 a month its a flat fee and they do not communicate they lie about fire hydrants and this is the only water company. Shouldnt they have some type of accountability that they give no warnings and if it happen they couldnt send out a message if some sort. People need showers, babies needs their water bottles. People use the bathroom. Theres no ETA and they say they have no supervisors available to speak with. Why is a major company like this able to do this to hard working bill paying people on the regular. And they keep getting money hand over fist while we suffer.Every week there is a broil water that sometimes gets sent out or they place a tiny sign at the beginning of the subdivision. They r not warning us properly and its been occurring for over 3 years nowBusiness Response

When unplanned outages occur, we send text messages and emails to customers that have the information needed on their account. We also update our website and social media pages. In addition to this we have representatives available 24/7 to assist and answer any questions regarding service concerns. They buy a business for pennys on the dollar. Immediately raise the rates from 25 a month to 95.76 because they say they spent a lot of money on the sewer system. Yet the system smells worse than it ever has. We filed a complaint to have it checked because of the foul smell in all the pipes and they assured us someone would check it. A month later no one has followed up.
Worst part every month I mail a check due on the 30. The check is mailed on the 15th. Every month they say they didn’t receive the check so they can charge a 5.00 late charge. So last 2 months I called every other company I mailed a check to on the 15th. Guess what they ALL received payment by the 20th or sooner. It’s a scam to get 5.00 out of people that don’t want to do online bill pay. I want mt 5.00 back for the poor service in their bookkeeping department. They know the money is there they just don’t post it on time. They are in the right business. They offer a crappy service for a crapper product. Quit crapping on people and book the payments. This company Network and contact instructions are not set up for anything than paying a bill.

Response:
On August 17, 2023, we called Mr. ******* to explain that our acquisition was on June 20, 2023. The seller did not provide a customer list; however, we did receive the service addresses for the Tan-Tar-A customers. We created the accounts in our billing system using the information obtained from the county assessor's office. We were unaware that Mr. ******* sold his home. The account has been closed, and all service charges have been removed from the account.We sincerely hope this resolves the concerns expressed by Mr. *******. The company has not attempted to fix the issue while they continue to bill us ridiculous amounts. Our neighborhood is large and many have young children. *Reason for complaint:
Confluence Rivers continues to have boil orders for our neighborhood month after month. The water is not safe to drink or bathe in. The company has not attempted to fix the issue while they continue to bill us ridiculous amounts. Our neighborhood is large and many have young children. This is causing health hazards and unsuitable living conditions. The company had made no effort to come up with a solution.
Response:
We attempted to contact Ms. **** on January 17th and January 23rd she was not available, and we had to leave a voicemail each time. An email was sent to Mrs. **** on January 23rd attempting to discuss her complaint. Prior to this complaint Ms. **** had not contacted us regarding any concerns.
There were boil water advisories for ******** *****, on September 6, 2022, October 21, 2022, and January 9, 2023. On September 2nd customers were notified of a planned outage on September 6th for a new tie-in. We posted signs in the community, distributed door hangers, and the notice was on our website. A water line break occurred on October 21, 2022, which was an unplanned event. The recent advisory was unplanned outage on January 9, 2023, due to equipment failure. We apologize for any inconvenience created by a boil water advisory; it is necessary to keep our customers safe. An advisory is not lifted until the collected samples in the affected area are deemed safe with no contamination in the drinking water.
