    They raised our bill 300% went from $40 to $167!!! Something needs to be done about this I live in *********** ** they are making it impossible to retire meanwhile the owners are getting rich! This needs to be investigated asap!!!

    When I first bought my house my water bill was a flat 5 dollars a month regardless of how much water I used. From what I understand our neighborhood was abandoned by a previous company and someone was charging us just to maintain the water system. Confluence rivers decides buy out our neighborhood and immediately starts trying to raise our rates. They got their rate changes approved to a flat fee of 75 dollars a month until they could "upgrade our meters". It took them 3 years to do it. Not they charge us flat 42 dollars plus .07 cents a gallon every month. So even with the new meters I'm still being charged over 75 dollars a month. My water is absolutely terrible. I'm under a boil advisory every other week. I have no water pressure. If I give my dog tap water to drink he gets sick every time. When I call them to let them know that a water main is broken they immediately threaten me with fines and extra charges. They have made 0 improvements in my neighborhood but are demanding an outrages amount of money. They are by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with

    Confluence Rivers UOC, Inc. buys out smaller companies and instantly increases the bill, in my case by over 300%. They have been doing this across the country with no explanation of the increase of charges. This is incredibly predatory and should be not only illegal but be looked into. Horrible prices for something as simple as sewage...
