      I have used there service for trash pick up for the last 3 and 1/2 years in rural ********. I have had no issues, they might have miss my pick once. I try to pay my bill every two months, when I call to make payment the lady answering is always very pleasant an helpful. They do a great job at a reasonable price and their costumer service is great. Very happy with this company so far, looking forward to many happy years to come. Thanks

      This company holds a monopoly over the entire ***** county. There is no other waste management company other than kuhns. The reason why this is unlawful is because this company believes they can refuse service for whatever reason they feel like, which is not fair to customers and community members. I live on a gravel road and its not in bad shape but kuhns is saying I have to spend thousands of dollars to fix it for them to drive their truck down it. Ive also experienced total unprofessionalism and pettiness when it comes to charges for trash service. I had stopped trash service a year ago and only recently called to start it up again, and the wife answers and says sure but after you pay the 30$ you owe. I said maam I havent had trash service in a year and she says yeah it from last year I should have been charged at that time and not have a random fee they just made up out of thin air dropped on me. The crazy thing is is that the kuhns own the water company too! And they run it the same way. There has to be somebody to regulate this **** husband and wife or else they become the unreasonable and corrupt monopoly business people that they very clearly are.
