Piano was delivered from **** to ******* in great condition. This included it being stored for two months due to holidays and hurricane. Team was very professional and did a great job on pickup and delivery. Thanks!

Modern Piano Moving recently moved, stored and moved my classical 3 manual organ. **** ******** was always very kind ,professional and helpful in making sure all administrative and financial tasks were complete. The movers to storage and from storage to my new residence, **** and ***** *********, were exceptional. They were professional, skilled and moved the organ with precision. We are totally impressed with your efficiency and organization. Everything went just as you said it would. The men who dropped off our piano were friendly and unloaded that piano just as smooth as could be. The truck was the perfect size needed to drive across our lawn. The owner, **** ****, hired unqualified workers to move our piano, which resulted in the keyboard cover being damaged. **** **** refused to utilize the insurance policy we have paid for, instead, he get a quick fix that is of the same quality as his integrity. I do not believe that he actually bought insurance for our piano. I do believe that he is taking advantage of the fact that we cannot sue him because he is in another state.Modern Piano Moving

This was 5 years ago (Originated December 2017, delivered early 2018). This was a standard minor key cover repair we paid 100% to fix despite it being apparent glue failure on a key cover from an old piano. The piano was inventoried at the origin as a worn finish, chipping, peeling on corners and edges. The repairs were approximately $600 from a master wood craftsmen. The claimant first demanded $13,000 for compensation then demanded $2,000,000 after hiring an attorney to send a demand letter! They were unreasonable from the beginning.Review fromGina A

Excellent customer service! Great communication. Always got a hold of live person and emails were promptly answered. Pick up and drop off crew were polite and professional. Took great care of our baby grand piano and arrived perfectly after traveling from ****** to *****. Highly recommend!!Modern Piano Moving
