    Our Mini Van was towed to TNT Auto Source for evaluation and repair. While in **** possession the windshield obtained a large crack across the windshield. The towing company provided us with a picture of the vehicle after delivery to ***. There was no crack in the windshield. *** owner, ****** Tommy ****** told us several different stories as to when, where & how the crack occurred. He refuses to take any responsibility and to pay for damages incurred at his shop. Windshield replacement will be in excess of $500. In discussions with ***** he made several contradictory statements, the first being that if it happened there he would take care of it but that the photo showed it was the towing companys fault. Both proved untrue, as well as the fact that he stated that he had security camera footage and that the photo showed it was the towing company that damaged the windshield. When asked to see those, he then said the photo was too blurred and then said the security footage pointed elsewhere. He refused to take responsibility, stating that he is not responsible for any vehicles in his lot. We agreed that he is not a responsible Business owner.
