  We brought our van here for warranty work. What a horrible experience! I had to return ** vehicle several times, due to the issues not being fixed and him causing more issues. Each time ***** (the owner) assures me it's fixed. He was good at making me feel as if it had been taken care of.The first time I picked it up I drive off, I didn't even get to the hwy and it is not fixed. Turned around and brought it ****. Second time, I drive off. I go to the *********** where I cannot exit ** van. The door handle will not work. He fixed one problem and caused another. He come and picked it up. Third time, pick it up, open the door and a part falls off. He tells me how 100 people been in and out the door. Bla bla not his fault. When the part arrives (for the original issue), I have to bring it ****. ***** told me his shop " had a come to ***** moment. And he is the only worker now." Asked me, "how bad do you need it?" We agree on a pick up date. Date comes, not ready. My family van sat there for a week and he didn't even touch it! ***** was so unprofessional when I tried to question him about it. My husband had to take over the situation. Forth time I pick it up, issue is fixed. Now I have no ac. None. Blowing hot. ***** tells me husband ******** and moaning won't fix it, bring it **** up.We had to report him to the warranty company three times. We were informed he had already been paid for the work weeks prior.He never did fix what he broke. The warranty company had to refer us somewhere else. Located in ****************. Not close for us or convenient. Unfortunately, I will probably spend less on gas going there and ****, than I did taking ** van **** and forth to ******** family was inconvenienced with ******** sales for almost a month. Without a vehicle for most of that time. ***** responded with yelling and interrupting you when you tried to speak. Very unprofessional. He is very good at talking and over promising. Do NOT trust ***** at ******** sales!

  BUYER BEWARE!!!!!Horrible place to take your vehicle! I took my truck there for a transmission leak 12/1/23. Said it'd be a week. Long story short it turned into 7 weeks and the cost of a complete rebuild. In that timeframe I called them 18 times and they only called me once. Every time I called them it was, we're putting it back together or it'll be ready in a few days or next week. They didn't inform me of new issues until I called them. They warrantied it. It broke again on 4/22/24 and against my better judgement I took it back for warranty work. It is now July 1st and they still have my truck. Every time I've called they've lied to me about it. saying it's apart and parts are ordered or it'll be ready next week. Not only am I out the almost $4,000 for the rebuild I haven't been able to work for over 4 months of the last 7 because of this whole debacle. Add icing to the cake they put the muffler in the front seat of the truck, which it is a work truck but still, it's not their place to put dirty parts inside my vehicle. Now I will say the last few times I've spoke with them. I've been pretty upset for obvious reasons. This shop however is horrible at fixing the problem, expectation management, honesty, time management etc. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

  This shop is very good at charging current shop labor rates but they are not able to fix your car completely. They totally trashed our car interior with oily hands and fingers. Lied about the time to complete. Dropped of car Sept 5 told a week to repair. Called after a week not even looked at cause owner ( only mechanic on payroll) had missed so many days. Called a few days later said he couldnt get the parts he needed I found them bought them delivered them to him. One excuse after another why it was done when promised. Finally on Sept 26 picked up car paid full price car still not running correct Avoid the head ache go somewhere else!!!
