  I would not recommend pennock construction we had them grade and do a retaining wall for us. During his time he worked for us he hit our siding and our geothermal. He paid for our siding but refused to pay for our geothermal which was $500. He demanded his payment once the retaining wall was complete but left mounds of dirt under my deck and on the front of my house which he said he would spread by hand. When I asked him if he would come back to finish before I paid him he said he would have to charge me $700 to come finish the job. We also have a hill on the side of our house that leads down to a pond. I told him to grade it as flat as possible so I can take a mower on it he then turned the side of my house into one big hillside. He told me if I got more dirt he would not charge me to try and fix it so I spent the money to buy more dirt. He then tried to bill me for spreading the dirt once he was finished. We are very dissatisfied with the work that was done and the extra money that this company has cost us. My recommendation is to spend the money and go with a more reputable company.

  Were sorry you didnt have a good experience with us. We do understand your frustration as a customer we did repay you for the damage to the siding but like you commented we wouldnt pay for the geothermal because as we mentioned it was not installed properly on the plans provided. As a result we told you we would suggest reaching out to the company that did the work to resolve the issue and we offered other solutions. And the hill side was an invoice for the finale grading. also you told us not to worry about under the deck, that you took care of it. Also, your total balance has not been paid. You still have an outstanding bill for $250.00. We did not send a final invoice for this amount which was us helping you with half of the cost of the geothermal line, because we did not want you the consumer to burden the full bill. But as from Our Other previous customers this is not the normal. Were going learn from this moving forward.

  Did amazing grading and sod work. I was having water issues puddles in my yard and not drying out as fast. ******* did amazing job with the skid loader and laying the sod. I definitely recommend.
