I brought my car in for three issues: The AC blower was rattling, the driver's side window would not roll down, and the AC was not as cold as formerly. I was told they would charge me $180 for a diagnostic ($60 per item).

They called me after doing the diagnostics and said that they could not fix the AC blower, as they could not get to the motor without specialized tools, and they did not want to bother with fixing the window, claiming it would be cheaper for me to take it the dealer to do both jobs. (They tested the AC and said it did not need a charge.) They charged me $60 for the diagnostics--presumably just for testing the AC.

After we got the car home, my daughter ordered a motor for the blower fan. When it arrived, she installed it, which took all of five minutes (with a baby crawling around at her feet). This fixed the issue. We have order a motor for the driver's side window, which my daughter says is another simple job, and she will install it when it arrives.

I called the company the day after my daughter replaced the AC blower motor to inquire as to why they had been unable/unwilling to fix it. The woman I spoke with, who claimed to be the manager, said she would ask their lead tech. She returned to tell me that they basically "didn't want to." I asked why, and my question was followed by a long silence. I asked again, specifically requesting a reason. She replied that the tech said that the passenger-side floor of the car was dirty and the tech had dreamed up the "pretend" reasons for refusing to do the work because he "didn't want to hurt my feelings." Admittedly, it had not been vacuumed for awhile. I am elderly and drive very little, and the passenger side is rarely occupied. No dirt gets tracked in to speak of.

There is more to my conversation with the manager that there is no room for. I would like to contact the owner of this shop.

When I went there for a tire change they ended up breaking a panel on the inside of my car due to negligence, and after confronting them about it they did not offer to fix it until police came, and said it was like that already, and proceeded to blame me and call me a liar

For this customer, all we did was a 4 tire change. After paying for the service, the customer walked out to vehicle proceeded to lay down in the driver floor board, appearing to look for something. Then he came back inside and stated that "the mechanic kicked his dash and left a cord hanging down". With a tire change there is no reason for us to be in the dash of the vehicle and impossible for the technician to kick the dash while preforming a tire service, or really any service that we provide at this location. Front desk person immediately brought owner of business and the technician that worked on the vehicle outside. They examined it to the best of their ability, as the customer would not let them into the vehicle and insisted on staying seated in the driver seat. Techs found that the panel he was talking about was slightly loose on the dash, but has clearly been removed and painted prior to the service done here. Owner spoke with tech, tech promised and swore that the damage was not caused by him and that the wire was in fact laying on the floor board prior to service. After, customer did admit to removing the panel and painting it and things of that nature, so we suspect the panel was just loose from that. Owner offered to take a look at the vehicle for the customer and see if there was anything we could do to help him out, but the customer would not allow the owner of the business or the tech to get in the vehicle to look at the problem. Customer called local police department and had them come to our location. Customer tried to get the police officer to state that they saw the damage, the officer stated that "he didn't see anything" and was unable to verify the customers concern. After giving statements to the local police department and the officer giving the vehicle a look over where he was unable to visually see the problem, they found no malicious intend or probable cause for us to have been responsible for the damages to the vehicle. So customer proceeded to leave the premises.
