    Every time that Im in there the office has been clean and the staff professional. They take the time to explain what procedures might be needed and answer any questions that I might have. I would recommend Washington Smiles.

    Best dental office Ive ever been to! Didnt get the run around, honest providers and assistants and I felt like they really listened to me when I said how nervous I am for dental work. And they were great with my 11 year old son. Top notch

    This office has been the best dental office by far that Ive been too. Everyone has been so nice and knowledgeable. I dont feel scared to go to the dentist anymore since Ive found them. Great office.

    I cant say enough positive things about Washington Smiles from the friendly welcome to the calm feeling goodbye and all the best in between. The office is clean and up to date with all of the new technology definitely a forever dental home

    Wonderful office! Very clean, modern, and thorough with educating me on my treatment options. I like how they review overall health and gave me my treatment options. I also like that most procedures they are able to complete in office without referring me to another practice. Ive had routine treatment, Invisalign, and ***** all completed at this office. I highly recommend them!

    One star is to much! I called to get an emergency appointment on an tooth ache. They gave me a discount price of $89. to get the exam. Which got me a full mouth of xrays and visual exam. Was told I need a root canal but they really couldn't see any infection with those standard scans. Offered me a $132 CT scan so I accepted so we could see the cause of the pain. Doctor was busy with other patients so was told I would get a call back later with results and pricing. Nothing. Friday morning came so I called back twice to see if I could get that CT scan emailed to me to go to another facility. Nothing. Monday I called twice to ask if Doctor had got to read my CT scan yet, still in pain. Nothing. The receptionist did say I could alternate ******* and ********* for my pain. Now it's Tuesday morning. Nothing. I'm just disappointed I paid for a CT scan to look deeper in to my tooth pain and still haven't got a response. But if I decided to get the root canal I'm sure my return call would be very prompt!!!! Please just refund my $132. for a job that wasn't full filled.

    They took a $5,749 check for an Invisilign program on Aug 8, 2024. They called on Aug 21, to say Invisilign was not appropriate for my issue. They promised to refund my deposit. It's Oct 1, many calls later, and still no check. They said my check was mailed Sept 19. Hasn't arrived, and no offer to void the check and replace it. Do I need to sue them?

    I had several fillings done at this office. Several fell out two and three times. Had to keep going in to have them fixed. Finally got fed up and went to a different dental office hoping to find a solution . They couldnt believe how terrible the dental work was in my mouth. Had to repair several fillings and remove cavity left behind in beneath fillings. Save yourself the time and money, and avoid Washington Smiles.
