Peace of mind, reality company purchases properties with families in them and don't mind putting them out with no help but also collecting the rent.

Peace of Mind did not purchase the property; we manage it for a new owner. No rent was coming in that is why an eviction process was started.

My electric bill in my 600 square foot apartment was $200-300 a month. they left me with a broken hvac unit and a one year old for at least two years. When i first moved in there were baseboard heaters that were constantly turned on. They finally sent someone to remove them and when they shut the power off to cut the wires SOMEHOW the baseboard heaters were still on, and the safety guards were off. So who's electricity was I using? And still paying $200-300 a month. I asked for them to fix the **** so many times. They sent out random people over and over all telling me the same thing "the roof or ceiling needs taken off to actually fix it" which they never did they just sent some guy and his teenage daughter in a beaten up mustang at 7pm to duct tape the ducts back together. he had to send his teenage daughter because she was the only one small enough to make it work. The communication has been terrible ********************* threatened me over a phone call when I called to tell him my daughter who was one at the time was overheating the house was 85!! His response to me calling on a Saturday over this was "is this really an emergency?!" to which i responded "absolutely its an emergency its not liveable and i cant cook" he responded "Well you dont have to live there we can make that happen". Communication was at an all time low. Their employee turn over rate was awful. I never spoke to the same person and when I finally found someone who listened to my issues she left because of how horrible the company is. I do not recommend renting from these people. They take advantage of low income families while they enjoy the good life.

We made every attempt to accommodate Ms. ****** by sending contractors by multiple times but ultimately it is the owner's decision on what type of repairs are approved.
