    I purchased car guard warranty in 2021 for a car I purchased. Just tried to call **************** phone number on file to report a claim due to my car was totaled and I wanted to file a claim to get a refund. Upon calling, was told that I had the wrong number and this was not the Car Guard Warranty, phone number.What can I do to file a fraud complaint since I paid in full for my car protection?What a SCAM and FRAUD RIP OFF!Please advise if there is any way I can get my monies refunded.A DISGRUNTLED ****** OFF CUSTOMER!

    this company is a scam , my requested policy cancelation was processed in august of 2022 till this day 12/05/22 i have yet to recieve my proforated refund.i have emails and recordings with their socalled customer service representatives who are blatantly rude . the corperate office has b no contact number and has yet to answer any of my multiple emails regarding my refund,forgive my typos im just very displeased with this company and would like to save others from any future SCAMMSSS!!!!!NOW THEY HAVE NO ONE ANSWERING MY CALLS

    Asset Protection Direct, is a scam and was rated "F" by the BBB. This organization is not BBB Auto Warranty Services in Sanit Charles, MO. The website and customer service are absolutely horrible. I tired the website, no luck! I called every number that I have for customer service, that's joke. When I did call the customer service, I was placed hold, for several minutes, which it automatically "hang me-up" which was frustrated. But yet they charge my, account monthly for $180. for the past several months. When, I called *****, the billing service and explained the situation, their customer service person connected me directly to Asset Protection customer service, still not luck! The only way "you" can cancelled the agreement or contract with Asset Protection Direct, is by them. I think, that is done intentionally, as customer you can't cancel the contract without their authorization. Called my bank institution and cancelled the automatically withdraw payments. My bank, advise me that they can still withdraw the money, by changing their company name. Beware! **** ***

    We are sorry to hear you had such a bad experience as we strive to go above and beyond for all our customers. We have never changed our name and have always been Asset Protection Direct online and in the Better Business Bureau website so I am not sure what you are referring to? There are multiple companies out there that also sell policies like us and that is where I think there might be some confusion. You have been cancelled out with us as of May 2022 and have not been charged a single payment since March 23, 2022. We are not the ones hanging up on you or not cancelling your policy. I advise that you contact MEPCO again and request to get in touch with the company who has you as an active customer. I hope this helps and resolves any confusion in this matter.

    NO STAR!! They dont answer the phone. They lied. They hang up the phone. I canceled my account with this company because they didnt honor certain things that was mentioned to me that they would provide service for. I was told they will not charge me until they investigate, was charged anyway. I called to cancel and they said they will cancel and refund my money, but it didnt happen. They just changed my credit card again. I been calling, machine comes on and hang up. Very frustrating dealing with this company.

    It must be said how much I appreciate all the work ******** did regarding my complaint, Although I am stuck to eat $1,200.00 dollars due to the negligence of a third-party vendor. You going the extra mile for me and your persistent efforts in this matter, I plan to continue with your company.
