5 starsCrew was great even with all the ************** surprised that steps were so narrow when we thought they were going to be 4 foot but ended up being 38. Wish the actual dimensions had been explained. We do love the quality of materials & hope they can stand up to rogue golf ***** as we live on golf course & just had another window broke this week but we are excited & cant wait till temps are more conducive to relaxing on the deck!Review fromKevin B

Midtown ***laced my basement walkout door. The door is beautiful and is no longer hard to lock & unlock. The salesman came to my home and assisted me with ordering the door I wanted. A few days later a company *** came to remeasure so they could then order the door. It took about 6 weeks until the custom door arrived and the following week it was installed. The crew of installers was great! The door trim/jam needed to be ***laced and they did that, painted it and installed the door. They were very polite and cleaned everything up perfectly! I couldnt be happier and would not hesitate to use Midtown again!Midtown Home Improvements Inc.

This company is horrible! The worst customer service *** ever experienced in using services for my home. Dont ever use this company for any home improvement projects!This site made me give a star review to post but I wouldnt give a single star!Midtown Home Improvements Inc.

What an amazing crew very professional was able to complete the job in a very timely manner. The crew was very friendly and took the time to show their work during and after completion of the job. We couldn't be more pleased and impressed with their experience and the job they did. They were very professional and engaging with the family. signed proposal for new work. Next day, we called to cancel the contract. ********, an employee, said he would rip up our deposit check and the job would be cancelled. One week later, the check came through our account and bounced because we moved the funds back to savings. I knew the check would be put back through a 2nd time so I moved the funds needed for the deposit check back to our checking account and the very next day, the check went through and cleared. We have been getting the run around from them about getting our deposit back. They have asked for every piece of documentation we can give, including our bank transaction history to show that the check cleared the 2nd time. They will not check their OWN bank account to see that the check cleared. As of now, we still don't have our money back. Be very ***** of signing a contract and giving a deposit if you have any inkling that you may have to cancel the contract within the 3 day window. You will not get your money back without a fight. We have contacted legal counsel at this time to assist. A family owned business such as this - I would expect better treatment. I have also asked that the owner contact me several times at which I have received no calls. I will be going to their office tomorrow to see the owner face to face- unannounced visit.Midtown Home Improvements Inc.

Midtown Home Improvement just completed replacing all 10 of the windows in my home as well as my front door, including the storm door. I really like the products themselves and yes, it was all somewhat expensive, but I felt it was reasonable and well worth the cost. The project went smoothly from beginning to end. The two-man team that completed the installation were very professional and worked hard. It took a day and a half to complete and they worked nearly continuously with just a short break for lunch the first day when they worked well over 13 hours. To sum it all up, I couldn't be happier.Midtown Home Improvements Inc.
