    *********************, the owner of this business told me he would reimburse me for 3 gold coins and 10 silver coins that I bought from them and THEY WERE FAK!. Then he started ghosting me. I filed a complaint with the BBB and now this company is ghosting them too! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    They got me by picturing 3 completely diff. $5 ************* notes , which indicated to me , i was buying all three for the boldly printed price of just under $18. When i got it in the mail, there was only one, and it was the least valuable, and in pretty warn condition. To me thats false advertising. The phone is always busy, no answer!

    I ordered coins from this company back in September of 2022,and I have not received them,when I call its either busy or it just keeps on ringing, so I can never get a hold of someone,the price was $184.00, it dont seem like much, but I work hard for my money, the company is cointrader online,they also say you can get your money back if not satisfied,well the coins never showed up, so obvious Im not satisfied, and just want all my money back

    Bad bad business.. ordered before I read reviews.. took my money yet here almost a month later my shipping label thats attached to the tracking number provided to me by company in email shows it hasnt left MI, now conveniently their site is down and no link sent to me in previous emails are good. SCAM!! Buy your coins from ***** or APMEX- too many scam artists like this! Just want my money back! Hopefully people will research more reviews like I did not and not order. If I could put -5 stars I would .. just bad juju with a bad business.

    Same as everyone below, company scammed me! Told me order is on its way 4months ago!!! No response to e-mails and 800 number comes up busy! They probably packed up (with our money) and left town!!

    Placed my order on July 20th 2022. It is not November 1st 2022. No answers. I was getting a reply a few times but nothing now. Telling everyone your doing the best you can to complete orders by the next week or the end of the month is a bunch of bull. I want to know exactly when I'm getting my order!

    I placed a $289 order on 7/1/2022 and the only information I got from them was an email with a Tracking label for **** then nothing.I have reached out several times in the past 3 months and all I get is we are working hard to fill the order. When I looked on their site it stated under my account that the order has been fulfilled.Several times I reached out and they stated in the next 2 weeks several times.More than frustrating at this point. Sent another email to them today, 10/7/22 requesting either my order be shipped immediately or to refund my money.I had purchased from them in the past and my orders had been shipped within 10 days and received a few days after that.

    This place is a complete scam. I have been waiting on my order since August 3, 2022. It's now September ************************ even an update other than the same email stating that the shipping partner is having hold **** This place is a scam. I have directed them to cancel my order immediately. I would highly recommend that nobody do business with them.
