    DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!Same as everyone else here. I should have checked reviews before ordering. I placed an order on 7/28 and contacted them on 8/12 to find out why I had not received any shipping confirmation. They sent me what looks like, after reading the other reviews, a canned response (see below). It is now 9/2 and I have asked them for a refund. Hopefully, they will not require me to contact their state ******** ******* in order to receive my refund.Here is the canned response. Looks familiar to the others seen here:Thank you for reaching out to us and for letting us know of the situation, I have sent you the confirmation of your orders.     Same problem as everyone else, I should have checked out these reviews first. placed an order at the beginning of July and now we are nearing the end of August and all I have received is excuses for why that haven't sent my order yet. It's a scam, don't make any purchases you will just be throwing away you money.

    Terrible can't even get them to respond to a email anymore as to why my order placed 3 months ago hasn't arrived or been able to get a refund. Although my tracking number was created almost 2 months ago absolutely ridiculous

We also cannot make any cancelation once an order has already its tracking number but don't worry once you received the order you can send it back to us.Once the returning package is scanned by our warehouse, we will issue a refund immediately. If the refund doesn't arrive and you can see online that it already arrived at our warehouse please reach us so we can process the refund right away.

    Placed an order on July 14, 2022. It is now August 10, 2022 and I have not received my order. I was told 2 weeks ago that it would be on its way and yet nothing. Pretty sure this is a scam or they are incompetent because all of my other coin dealers are fulfilling my order in less than 2 weeks.
