My husband and I are both seniors residing in ************, **. We contracted ARS Construction on April 30, 2024 for a siding project due to hail damage. First of all we waited weeks for the product to be delivered. The project was over priced and the siding was the wrong type and was measured incorrectly. It should have been Dutch Lap style siding sold at ********** for under $7.00 a strip. After the worker put the wrong siding on the house he left the product box with additional siding laying in the grass. My husband has spoken to Mr. ****************************** the Project Manager and also to the owner of the company who said he was going to try and resolve the issue. As of today July 8, *************************************************************************** the grass.

Good evening - as stated in the original contract agreement that you signed, siding "will be close match but not 100%". Our at cost for the siding was $695 and you only paid $375 - we took it at a loss when you threatened to call the cops on us because it wasn't a perfect match despite being told it would not be a perfect match, and ordered us to get off your property. You told us to leave the siding there because you still wanted it, which we did, and then demanded a refund of the half payment you gave us.Respectfully, this is a nonsensical review.Review fromDennis W

ARS is an A-1 Company. ******************************* is an outstanding construction manager, available day or night to answer all questions and address any client concerns. The company's crews were always on time and their work was completed on schedule, in a thoroughly professional manner. I highly recommend ARS and would, without hesitation....
