    Purchased Rainbow Vacuum SRX 3-26-2025 at 10:30 PM.Eyes and throat began burning as soon as the "FRESH AIR" product was opened and added to the water tank. This stopped only when turned off and I left the house the next day. When it was turned on the next day irritation returned and I noticed an itchy rash on my hands and forearms. I researched the ingredients and found an **** report claiming Cat 2A for eye irritant and damage and a Cat 1 for skin and even cancer causation. This additive was the main draw for the machine as it was claimed to kill insects and mites and saleswoman claimed her husband no longer needs his CPAP machine. I do not want the machine now that I know their unconcern for their clients health and particularly mine since I have had so much trouble contacting the owner to begin the return process. I recently found out there is a 3 day return policy counting the late hour of purchase and the weekend as I had to wait until Monday store hours and even then I couldn't get in touch with anyone. I left several messages only to find out they didn't have a message ability when the store information recording led me to believe it did. The three employees I did eventually speak with all told me to talk with owner **** Edwards who would call me back. He never did. I would go there, but it is in ******, *********** and I am in **********, **. I would take it back, but don't know if there would be anyone there when I arrived since their store hours are sketchy at best, because they are SO BUSY. I just want to return this product for a refund since it was only used twice. My health depends on it and I am concerned about the health of my friend who recommended it, though she has had no issues.

    The Rainbow doesnt have to have the fresh air to clean the air in the home and do all the other stuff the Rainbow does.  Also the three day return policy is to mail telegram or hand deliver the notice to cancel.

    I fear I have no recourse and have learned a valuable ******* and an expensive one.  I will try to warn others on FB or other social media, but salesmen ARE SALESMEN and my resistance was compromised this time.  Thank you for your time and efforts.  My concern was always about the dangerous chemicals that are being represented as healthy, safe and effective.  Lies and deceit, lies and deceit.  The ways of the world.  Live and learn.....

    On October 5th, I was provided a demonstration of the Rainbow vacuum. At this time, I made the decision to purchase. The sales person told me that there would be no interest for a year, yet after reviewing the paperwork, I realized that there's an astronomical interest rate on the payment plan. I also messaged on Monday (after making the purchase on Saturday) to ask about return options. I now know that I should have been offered the opportunity to return at that time, but I was not. The weekend of October 10th-13th, I went out of town on a short vacation and returned to a home filled with mildew. The toilet seats, my kitchen cabinets, and an array of other items throughout my house were covered. I called the company, and I was belittled by the customer service representative, *****, that answered my phone call. Before I could even share my story, he said that he had "already heard about me," and there was nothing that could be done. I was asked by the company to send an email with all of the aforementioned information to which they never provided a response. I have not run the vacuum since, and the mildew problem has resolved itself. I just want the product out of my home. I have reached out not only to the company customer service number but also my sales person and another dealer. All of has proved to be no help and suggested I hire an inspector to come into my home.

    The Rainbow has a full warranty and we will be glad to make sure the machine is operating properly.  It can be brought to our Tupelo or ******* location.  If the customer will call and let us know when it will be brought in we will get them in and out quickly.  I looked back at the the customer finance contract and they do not have the 12 months same as cash option but we can add it.

    Event happened on 4-5-24. No one has communicated with me the problem or issue until the time frame was up to fix the problem.

    All communications is done thru email.  The office will advise you to email the verification department.  They did give an extension to the 180 days to complete the program.

    We purchased a Rainbow Vacuum from salesman *** ******** June 26, 2024. The company offers a program that if you can show (demo) the vacuum to 12 couples in 6 months and 2 people purchase it, then you get the vacuum for only the taxes on this $3800 gadget.
    *** lied straight to our faces the whole time, he started off the sales pitch with "Can you name 12 people that you know?" Me and my wife knew 12 people pretty easily so we named them off. (Only after we signed the papers were we told that it had to be show to 12 couples that were also homeowners-1st lie) 2nd lie was "New Albany school systems did not shut down during covid because they had a Rainbow Vacuum" that is false... Every school in the state of MS shut down during covid.
    We still decide to go through with the demos and the first one was with my mother, my wife mentioned to her that her and my step dad should talk about it first and you only have 3 days to return it if you do not like it. The day after my mother purchased it she decided to return it. *** ******** text me the following day (a message he meant to send to my wife but got our numbers mixed up) "hey, ******** ***** is returning. She did say that you brought up that she had tree days to return and that we would just go back and pick it up. You do have to have two sales in your program for the office to pay it off. This is what we do for a living, and we know everyone loves the rainbow and needs one. They pay y'all's (the riding customer) machine off for the positive influence y'all should have in the demo. We can't have you saying you wish you and your husband would have went outside and talked about it first, and then telling them how to return to get out of it. If it does continue to happen, unfortunately, they would have to remove you from the program."
    After sharing my frustration with management, all I received was a text stating "yeah the salesman is just upset."
