    Great product but the sales piece is a ponzie scheme, The rules for their program should you decide to earn it are unbelievably biased. I wonder how they get away with this. They are extremely pushy and have all types of "sales" gimmicks and push hard to get you to join the family so you too can make all this money for each unit. The price for the vacuum is insane and does not cost that ----the overhead is used for payouts for the sales reps to continue to go out and be pushy. I just completed the 12 required demos and sold four units but guess what???? I will not be getting it "free" (pay taxes) after all because out of the four I sold (only two required) apparently only 1 of the 4 had remarkable credit ---yet they were willing to finance the other 3 people! A sale is a sale and that is very sad. I didn't realize I needed to run a credit check on my friends before a demo---Don't finance if its not going to count. Seriously how long can this pyramid go on?? I went to one sales event and realized I was sitting in a room of people buying the BS they were spilling about getting free products for setting up demos. Happens that I qualified for a goody bag but they ran out and it was never sent to me. Very poor program and do not get caught up in the BS----If you do someone a favor and do a demo---just buy it and move on!!! Do not expose your friends to the BS that comes with the sales pressure!!!

    It's the best product ever! I have felt so much better throughout the years having a Rainbow than when I had a regular vacuum. There are so many attachments for this product that make cleaning easier! They did offer me the 12 in 2 program, but I turned it down since I had cash for it. I regret not participating in the program because my sister did it, which is how I saw the rainbow. She was getting many free things for running her set demos that made the product worth more! My Rainbow also had gotten stopped up from me sucking up a sock and got stuck in the hose! I called the office in Corinth and brought my system in and out within 10 minutes of my time! They showed me what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening. My hose was crushed a bit, and that is why the sock didn't go through to the water bowl, they replaced it under warranty, and I didn't have to pay a dime! 10/10 recommendation and a happy customer here!

    In November 2023 a rainbow vacuum sales person came to my home. I’ll admire *******’s sales pitch was pretty good. My husband was amazed and astounded he wanted in on this. I kept saying no. We can’t afford this $3600 vacuum cleaner.
    I kept telling ******* then I can’t afford any payments right now my budget is stretched to breaking point and my husband is currently unemployed.
    But never fear we were promised by ******* and rainbow that we could get it for free by just showing it to 12 friends. As ******* explained.
    Except she failed to explained the rules to us, and none of our friends or family qualify to look at this stupid vacuum cleaner.
    And I new something was wrong when the sales manager at the tupelo main office was encouraging us to leave out important information like the price and to not go too much into other very important details in order to get the sales. And I don’t no about you but I consider that lying.
    When we realized this was definitely a scam I tired to return the rainbow only to be told I’m **** out of luck because you in have 3 days to return it and they already sold my loan off.
    But they love to send me reminder texts about the program that will help me. expect they don’t give a single flying **** about me and don’t care that I’m going to go into collections over a stupid ******* vacuum that I was clear with them I couldn’t afford the payments of.
    So here I am feeling like I was backed into a corner to buy it, before getting totally ****** over cheated, lied too, manipulated and angry.
    ***** *****’s office said he would look into this and told me to inform the y’all of there sneaky scammy practices. And that maybe future legislation can come out to help prevent them from taking advantage of other people.

    This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Thought I would do a friend a favor just going to do the demo so he could get a credit. After the demo was over I respectfully declined. The rep was pushy, and I yet again informed them I had no time to do the demos, and that I just bought a house and was trying to have a baby. “Exactly! you don't want you’re baby to get sick would you?”. Again informed them I wasn’t interested in getting stuck in the program. They start packing and they get a phone call and offer me a “special offer”. You have 180 days to complete 12 demos and 2 sales and 6 in the first 45 days. After feeling very pressured and exhausted, 6pm til around 8pm at this point, the paper work was rushed and I was misinformed. Actually you have 45 days after the purchase to complete 6 demos OR your check at the end of the program will be cut to $1500. They left out the part about not getting the full amount. Also it is NOT FREE, because you have to pay taxes. I didn’t know this until open house the Monday after my demo which was the Friday before. I call the store to see about returning the vacuum, the manager told me it was past my 3 day return policy. I knew nothing about it. “It’s on your contract” (which was rushed and pointed just to sign here) and in small letters, the policy shows 3 days. “You can do the payment plan or the program and do the 12 demos. I informed him the I wouldn’t offer that program to anyone because I would just feel awful for putting someone in that situation. And he said “I can’t help if you won’t advertise for us”. I would NEVER recommend the program. As far as rainbow as a product, the quality is great. But the false advertisement and being uninformed by the third party seller I would NOT RECOMMEND. Do not fall for this scheme.

    First of all the demo was entirely too long and Mrs ***** was just a little too pushy. Then upon receiving the vacuum but decided later that I didn’t want it. They tried to make it so very hard to give back to them. Even after following the guidelines given to me they still tried to make it difficult by not answering phone calls or message. I tried to arrange meeting Mrs ***** she would not do that. She told me to take it to the Tupelo office and then they would not answer their phones. Mind you she told me this on Friday night. After going to the Tupelo office ***** would not take the machine. Then I spoke with ******* proving I sent a telegram within the timeframe I was able to leave my machine in the office. It was a very rude way to do business. It shows that people do not care about anything but their agenda which is making a sell. Yes the vacuum maybe a good one but I could not purchase or participate in their program and should not have been treated rudely because of my family’s decision. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also it was exploitation of vulnerable people is what i noticed. Eupora is basically a low income community with many people on fixed incomes. I have never been treated the way these people treat you. Their comments and rude statements are nothing near professional. Mrs ***** was nice but she should learn how to take no for answer and shorten her demo people do not have time for 3 hour presentations. A good salesperson would know that.
