  Don't get a loan from these people they are arrogant,non professional and have No ideal about running a business and Especially dealing with customers

  Thank you for the information provided. Tower Loan (“Tower”) has been made aware by the Better Business Bureau (“BBB”) that the BBB cannot effectively protect information received by the BBB regarding information provided to the BBB concerning customer accounts nor will the BBB notify Tower of third party efforts to obtain such information. As this severely impacts Tower’s ability to protect customer information (as required by law) or defend itself from spurious complaints and attempts at mischaracterization by third parties Tower has no option but to no longer respond to complaints or reviews received from BBB.
  It should be noted that in general when Tower is made aware of potential customer dissatisfaction it will investigate the matter and take curative action directly with a customer.
  Tower operates over 230 offices in six states. Without providing excellent customer service this would be impossible. While Tower understands human error and misunderstandings sometimes occur, Tower welcomes, and is available for, discussions on all matters with its customers until an issue is resolved.

  I went in for a friend of mine to make a payment for them which they had put in a sealed envelope. When I got to the front a young woman in the Leesville office took the payment for me and thanked me and told me to have a good day. Later that day my friend reached out to me stating that the company called her stating they had not received their payment. When I went back the next day the woman stated she had never seen me before and when I ask for a manager and ask if the cameras could be reviewed he told me the location does not have any cameras. I find it odd that a location that handles peoples money does not have cameras or a system in place for its customers. I have never use this company and I do not plan on it but it is concerning to me that things like this could be happening to people.

  Showed up to my house with papers in his hand asking for just me as though he was serving me a warrent for my arrest I looked towards my family confused asking them why am I being served...I wasn't thus ** was impersonating a police officer or a warrant officer! I'm fairly certain that's not legal. I'll be talking to local law enforcement to verify but pretty sure that's NOT allowed! Don't get me started on the harassment!

  The Tower Loan agency in St.Peters, MO is the worst company I could ever recommend doing business with. The branch manager at this location will hunt down you and all your family members if you are even a week late on a payment. He will harass you and your family members until he makes contact. I had previously spoken with him about my payment, yet that wasn't satisfactory. He did a record search of my family members and called each and every one. Unbelievably unprofessional. My account mind you, is up to date! Stay away at all costs!

  Not a customer and still harassed.
  I've never heard of this company. But they want to literally harass me over someone else's debt. I pay my bills but still have to deal with this? Have had 3 people tell me that I need to call the person who pulled out the loan. Excuse me, YOU need to call them. It's not my job and I don't get paid to do so. You will not tell me what I need to do what so ever. Not my loan, not my problem. Will be filing a complaint with the FTC. Don't need an excuse as a response I need the harassment to stop.
