      I haves purchased a waist snatcher 2 months ago. I have not received the item. I have contacted them via email and called the customer support number its no longer in service nor there website.

      I purchased skinenemy collection waist trainer in size small in mahogany color. This item was purchased on May 14th 2024. I have never received my item and the customer service number ***************** is not in service. I have sent messages on their instagram page with no response and they cut the comments off of thier page. I have emailed them numerous of times with no response. I dont know what else to do. They are going around stealing people money and its not fair and is against the law.

      I placed an order totaling $104 on April 23 and did not receive the item. I have email and emails are returned because the address is invalid and the phone numbers listed are out of service. I have tried contact on their page via chat and still no reply. All I wanted was for them to send the product or full refund. Now I just want to be refunded because I cannot do business with an entity that lacks customer service/support.

      Hello, I completed my order on 4/2/24. Of USD *****. Following I received the confirmation email & that is all so far. I sent an email about my order to ********************************** I listed my order #******* on 4/8/24 in the email to the company. As I did not see a reason for a holiday delay etc.I checked the ***************** & saw a recent post this year & see a large following. After giving it some time. I feel as though if I dont file a complaint. I may not have any updates on where/when my order is coming. *** purchased waist trainers from celebrity ********** just want this order to be a success. Im a single mom & want to support Black businesses & recommend to ***************** Please feel free to reach out at your earliest convenience.

      I have contacted this company several times. I ordered my items on the 27th of December and have yet to receive my item. They do not respond and the customer service is horrible. Nobody replies to any of the emails sent. I feel like I've been scammed.

      This company took my money!! I ordered nov 24, ***************************** pre shipment since Dec 21. Almost a month now. I will be doing a dispute with my bank! If I knew this was going to happen I would have ordered with a different company and would already have my new waist trainer. This company lacks communication Ive sent about 10 emails several messages on Instagram and never received a response back.
