I placed an order with this company over a month ago and I havent received my order yet. Ive tried calling but the phone is no longer in service, and I tried emailing, but now its returning a mailer daemon. At this point, I just want my money back, but this company has cut off all communication and hasnt issued any refunds. I placed an order with Waist Snatchers on 11/24/2023. I have not received any notification of when my order will be shipped. I have emailed the business numerous times in addition to writing them on their Instagram and ******** page with no response. I even called the number listed on their page and it is disconnected as well as sending a chat message vis their website with no response. I placed my order on 11/27/2023. I have yet to receive any information. I have emailed and emailed and nothing. I would at least have liked to receive some type of correspondence if it was delayed or anything. I wouldnt have done a complaint if they wouldve at least replied to my messages or gave an update. I have sent over 7 emails about my order. I would really like my order or I would like a refund of my money. It was not listed as back ordered or anything. I dont purchase anything on back order from any company. So, I am just wondering whats going on.Customer Answer

I placed an order on November 25. The transaction amount of $35 was successfully processed per banking statements. I received an order confirmation on November 25, ORDER #*******.

I purchased a product from WaistSnatchers on 8/13/23 via the website that is now seemingly defunct. I knew something was amiss when I didnt receive email confirmation of my order, but I still gave the store the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to a few weeks later, I reach out via email to inquire about my order and received an automatic reply. A few days later, I received an email from the store confirming my order and apologizing for the delay, and that my order will ship soon with no exact date. This happened a few more times. Fast forward to today 10/21/23, and three of my emails have gone unanswered in an effort to check the status of my order. This company is offering products that they don’t have in stock.
I placed my order back and June and have yet to receive any updates about shipping or a refund.
I would like a refund since I never received the product.
The owner keeps saying all sales are final.
How are all sales final if we never receive a product?
This company needs to be shut down before other people lose their money.

Their website describes the waist trainers as being true to size. This is not true. I had gotten my measurements just so that I could be sure I was getting the right size. First of all, it took a month to come. Second, it’s way too big. It does not fit me at all. I am a small and this seems like a medium. I emailed the owner and that got me nowhere bc she didn’t even answer my email. I had to find out online about their “policy” and that they will not exchange or refund. Poor customer service. Cheap material. Long waits plus shipping fees? Tuh! There are better waist trainers elsewhere.Business Response

Unfortunately, all sales are final. The items sold are intimately worn on the body and due to health reasons, we are unable to accept most returns. Because exchanges are now accepted on a case-to-case basis, a request for an exchange must be inquired via customer service email and must be approved.Although we are unable to ensure that it will be 100% correct, it is recommended that you measure your waist to choose the most accurate size. You can also go by your shirt size and if you would feel more comfortable sizing up, it is recommended to do so as well.
However, the size chart provided on the website is to "help" guide customers in choosing the size that best fits them. ALL people are sized and shaped differently. Our size chart is based on the average body style and shape. We can not guarantee that the size recommended will be the size that will fit. That is simply impossible.
We are not allowing ANY exchanges at this time do to the extreme delay in shipment we are currently experiencing and because we have limited stock of items and sizes available at this time. It will be roughly 2 or more weeks before we are able to fully process the exchange. To accomodate the customer, we have provided them with a discount code they can use to purchase the size they prefer or request.

Item was purchased 5/19/23 and website stated 7-14 business days for shipping. As of today, 6/20/23, item has not been shipped and no update given by seller.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I was told on June 21st that the company would be up to speed by the end of the month - in JUNE. It is the end of July and still no updates on my shipment. This resulted in me needing to purchase a waist trainer from a competitor company. I would like to cancel my order and request a FULL refund.

I ordered on may 15,2023 it was not an pre order item I spent 67 dollars I have yet to receive my items I read that it takes 4-5 days for processing and it take longer if busy 14 days for processing. We are past the 14 days of processing still no tracking number. No items I have done the chats I have emailed I have called still no answers I get an automatic email saying that it’s being processed I do not know what’s going on, this company needs to be stopped and they need to give us our money back. Don’t say nothing about no pre-order because mines was not a pre-order and I’m very unhappy with the customer service and this company taking people money instead of posting on social media instead of having more sales and you have not got the people orders out before you started a new sale , that is very unfair and unprofessional. I want my money back and my shipping fee so I can use my money elsewhere, yall are getting rich and taking our money and using it to pay these IG models I want my money back ASAP!!!Business Response
