    This company refuses to release my vehicle after my car has been released by my car leasing agent. I was not told to make an appointment. I was told they will be open Thursday at 8am 4/8/25. They were not open. I was told by Credit acceptance that they would be open at 9:30. Once I return I was informed that they couldnt release my car until Credit Acceptance released my car. Which they did the same day it was towed 5/7/25. The next appointment is not until the following Tuesday 5/13/25. This is not right and they are holding my car to be a able to add a storage fee.

    I was charged a fee to get my items back which is against the law. I'm missing several items out my car. I will file suit against this company. They have probably did many people this way. Shame on you for this. They tried sending me a check for 50 dollars in the mail so I wouldn't report them. Ive filed a claim with the Attorney Generals Office.
