I took my car to *** to get it fixed under warranty work. After keeping my car for seven months, the whole time them telling me that they were gonna fix the car. Then they come up and say that it is not covered under warranty Because I didnt have a recall performed on it earlier, that I was not aware of. So at this point, I go to pick up the car several times and they cant find my key. Eventually, I go pick up the car, even though theres not a key for it that they have lost. Because they called and threatened me with selling the car because it had been abandoned the car was not abandoned I just needed a key for it. after all I had to give them one when I dropped it off. I was told that if I go get the car, that they had towed a couple lots over (their abandoned lot) and bring it back over to them that they would program a key for a charge. I declined that and I told the vehicle home. Upon returning home with it, I found it multiple items. Were not put back on up under the hood plug wires were not attached panels were taken off and not put back on so were just thrown into the inside of the vehicle.

I made an appointment for June the 12th. I dropped my car off for two recalls and some warranty work. I also have rental insurance, that being said, this dealership has lied and gave me the run around for a month now. No straight answers. I've been driving my wife's vehicle?? I have talked to management regarding this matter and have gotten no where? I'm to point of going to get my car back, I don't understand? This is bad business for anyone. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this dealership. If they were truthful from the beginning I would have gotten a rental. They have lied to me every week. But yet after all this I'm still supposed to pay ***** out of pocket? What about my stress and time calling them two, three times a week and getting no where. I could've been driving my car the whole time and brought it back? This is very un professional. This so wrong in so many ways. Sincerely *********************.

I received a letter from Ford around February stating that my car had a recall well around the beginning of April My car broke down. I called Ford to notify them about the problem describe the situation and the person I talked to said that more than likely it's from the recall so my car set in my yard for a month until they was able to get to it around the middle of may so I brought it in to have a diagnostic test done on it. Today I called the lady She told me that my car was in fact messed up due to the recall that also caused other issues with my car. However they cannot fix my car until they receive the parts for the recall which can take all the way into August. I'm on disability I have missed doctors appointments because I had no way of going. I was told that if I can come up with the money that they could fix my car and Ford can reimburse me however I do not have three to $4000 which that's what it's gonna take to fix my car maybe more because of the other issues the recall part messed up. I just don't understand that if I pay cash, they can fix my car, but if not, my car is gonna sit there until they receive the recall parts. I still have a card note that I have to pay every month and Car Insurance and I just think it's unfair that I have to wait, so long to get my car fixed and still pay on the car that I cannot drive I would like to know what can I do about this matter .This isn’t the first problem I've had with this company… I call NHTSA and they told me the parts won’t be available until november 2025.This is absolutely ridiculous!
      Thank you

I took my 2018 stinger in for repair. They took it apart on the front didn’t put it back together And my car came apart. My car stayed there over a year at which time they drove it and put 19000 miles on it broke my windshield and wore a brand new set of tires out. In the end they refused to repair all they destroyed. I never seen more rude and arrogant people I was told by car rental people not to leave car there evidently they were right. I now have a messed up car thatI have to fix myself that all started with getting an oil change.out of last 15 months I might of had car 13 months everytime picked up had to return .because they fixed nothing

We have been threatened by this customer the entire time with foul language and leaving very nasty voicemails we did not destroy their car and we also never drove his car 190000 miles we refuse to work on their vehicle any further so now   they can take it back to **** ******* *** where the original repair started and where they bought it from
