my car that i bought from this dealership and had serviced every oil change or recall done here. Do NOT trust them or their word as far as the service department. **** service manager has been not reliant, helpful, or honest! She doesnt call back or know whats going on 95% of the time. My car has sat on their lot waiting repairs for 5 months now. Has been took to them 4 times over the same oil leak issue. Only for us to call to see if its been touch and them claim its been fixed but now wont drive and needs a fuel pump. The car barely has 80k miles on it. They never have techs employed about 4 (all have been fired or quit) of them have touched my car so everyone there walks around confused on whats been worked on and what hasnt! Keep your paper work! And never let them touch your vehicle. I called them to tell them my loaner has a flat, they left me stranded and I was told that was on me to fix THEIR VEHICLE. If no stars was a choice Id choose it

I don't write letters of complaint. I figure if a restaurant is bad or an experience is not good, I vote by not returning. But my experience at Kia of Laurel was so terrible and unethical it deserves this review.
Our attempt to buy a car took nearly five hours. The dealership lied on the phone about what cars they had in the lot, offered us a rebate with an interest rate (high, but acceptable), but at the last moment informed us we could only have one or the other. Made a mistake on the paperwork that would have cost us $1500 dollars (again, despite earlier written promises), and only informed us we were about to buy a car with a paint job that required special car when we halfway through the paperwork. This is not our first car and we expect dealerships to negotiate in their own interest. We were willing to pay a little above the internet market price for convenience and, because were were vigilant, we could have had a decent deal on the car. We walked away. We just could not do business with a company that either through incompetence or intentional deception is unethical. The only thing I regret is that we did not walk way four hours earlier and I believe you will be better off finding a different dealership with higher standards.
