  Hunters Septic Services was the worst service that I have ever received. I had used him twice in the past to clean out my Septic System without incident. But when I got him to replace my septic tank, it was a nightmare.He cut my pool pump electric line and my internet line. He did repair the electric line, but I had to wait a week before the repair of the internet line was repaired. When I started asking questions about repairing the lines, he had an unprofessional attitude towards me. I informed him the insurance company needed to see pictures of the completed work before submitting the check. Because the work was completed at night, I told **************** I would provide the check the next day. Mr. *********************** got loud and disrespectful to me in front of my kids who were outside playing and my elderly father who has dementia. Hunters Septic Services left my backyard in a mess. When I asked him to fix the problems, he fixed one issue and told me; I would have to get a landscaper to fix the rest because he would not. For a widow with two kids, that is a lot. He is Very unprofessional and rude.

  We will never use Hunters Septic again. He was at our home on 4/11/2023 to pump septic tank. I asked **************** did he pump both compartments. **************** said, " you act like you do not trust me, and I don't like to be asked questions". I said, " **************** a customer can ask questions." I wrote the check for the service. **************** did not say thank you. He is very unprofessional and rude.

  ***** at hunters septic services is the guy everyone wants servicing and their septic needs. He is honest, knowledgeable, and willing to give that knowledge and tips to prevent early septic pumping. I appreciate you *****
