Apparently, I got a car wash here last December. Since then they have been charging me $22. a month for a membership. I did not sign up for a membership and have never been back there. I cannot even find Car Wash USA Express on maps to go back and get myself off the membership. I don't know where they are. If you call the phone number listed with the credit charge there is not a person to talk to. I was signed up for a membership without my knowledge and I want out of it. I went through this car wash one time purchased a single wash and now my card gets charged 2995 and Ive tried reaching out to these via their online fill out a customer form. I have been trying to ****** a monthly car wash membership since November 2024. I tried twice via their company email provided online. And either late March or early April 2025 I went to the Take 5 Car Wash location on ********* where I signed up - to cancel the membership. I was assisted by a manager and did so online. I scanned the membership card. So I felt assured that the cancellation was done. I am still getting a $27 charge on my credit card every month. Just got one on May 25th. I have to contact my credit card company every single month to dispute this charge. The car wash must be aware of my monthly disputes so I am perplexed as to why they continue to bill my card. I just want them to stop billing my credit card every month. I do not want their services and will never purchase another membership from them. If I am billed one more time I will post on my social media sites warning the public not to purchase car wash memberships from them and share my experience. Thank you.Initial Complaint

In December of 2024 I went to the Car Wash USA #4 **************************************************** Ga. I asked for a car wash, paid with my debit card. ( big mistake) the operator gave his speech in broken English, we stated that we just wanted one car wash, he charged my debit card *****. This week I checked my bank account and discovered that this company had been charging my bank account ***** a month for the past 6 months! I called the car wash, they said someone would call me back from their dispute department, no one called back. I called my bank and reported this fraud. From the other complaints on this, and other sites, it looks like this form of theft is a common practice with this company. I have been receiving unauthorized monthly charges of $34.99 on my credit card from Car Wash USA Express. I never knowingly signed up for any car wash membership, nor have I used any services from this business. The charges have been appearing consistently, and I only recently discovered that they were being billed under the name Car Wash USA Express with the contact phone number ************.I have no recollection of agreeing to any recurring payment or providing authorization for such a charge. This feels misleading and unauthorized. I attempted to research the company and found that many others have reported similar issues, suggesting this may be a recurring problem.I am requesting a full refund for all unauthorized charges and the immediate cancellation of any membership or subscription that may have been set up in my name or tied to my credit card. When Take 5 car wash took over from the last owner, I was never notified of a price change My debit card has been charged $39.99 per month for almost 2 years when their monthly fee is $27.00. According to their terms and conditions , customer is supposed to be notified by phone or email. Their customer support team emailed me after I complained and said they don't have to reveal about price changes. The first charge of $19.99 occurred on October 27, 2023 at the *********, ** location. The first wash was offered for free, so I accepted. My second visit, I paid for a single wash of $19.99. I do not recall the exact date of the second visit. However, I clarified with the attendant my interest in purchasing a single wash which she confirmed. At no time did I express interest in a membership. I've been incurring monthly charges since October 2023 with the latest charge being on February 26, 2024: a total of 5 months.I've put in a membership cancellation request via their phone number and also submitted a ticket with the manager at the *********, ** location (3/4/2024).
