    I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership about 2 years ago. At that time, I also purchased a wheel and windshield coverage package. I was promised this would cover unlimited windshield replacements and wheel repairs. Sadly, I have needed this service since about 3 months of ownership. The problem is that this dealership will never return your calls. They only accept online scheduling of routine service, but insist you must speak to them to schedule windshield or wheel repair. At my first routine service, I was told they would order the windshield and call me when it arrived. That never happened. I called the dealership numerous times and left messages. My call was never returned. I have been trying to get a new windshield over a year and now I need wheel repair.I am certain this insurance package is just a scam to ******* customers out of more money. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I dont know if anything can be done, but I felt this should be reported.
